I like this because no other cab company I've used before has volunteered to do this, otherwise I would not have known. I'm glad they are so accomodating and its nice in the age of Lyft and Uber because cab drivers still have a place for my clients who aren't savvy enough use a smartphone and will wait for them after coming off of a flight. Would recommend as they often have deals in the local paper advertisements for the Morris-Essex area, decent prices and good service.

I asked for a cab for 1:45 pm. When the car was still not there at 2 pm, I phoned Enslin's and was told that they could not locate the driver and suggested I call another company, whose number they gave me. I did so, but only got a voice mail. I called back, and was given another cab company's name and was told to google it. I do not have smart phone and asked for a phone number. While I waited, I got cut off. I gave up and waited for another hour to be picked up by my husband, who was having medical tests (which was why I needed a cab in the first place). It is amazing to me that Enslin's had no other cab they could have sent and basically washed their hands of the whole situation. I will never consider Enslin's again.

Asked for a better rate and he kept going (as if he was securing his fee and wasn't stopping but rather getting his fee) and said he couldn't do anything. Everyone pays it. At 6:15am...he had me and he knew it. Called later that day to discuss and apparently he is the owner. Less than a minute into the conversation, he's irate and not budging. Within the next hour, he decided me asking for a refund for money he controlled was a threat and elected to email as many people as he could find at my company to tell them about the situation and threaten suing the company, etc. Very tasteless and unprofessional.
