For the past 10+ years we have made it our goal to skate in each state! We love to JAM, slow walk, and couple dance skate on Adult Skate Night. Also, I enjoy a shiny smooth hard floor to dance on. Always on any adult night skating in the USA check their website. Many roller rinks allow skaters to buy tickets or sign a risk waiver to skate before arrival. This was the first time for me this rink was in a strip mall. The parking lot was massive. We paid and just like that I was skating the night away. Though it was a slow night. The décor of the rink was out of this world. This is the best place for a GLOW PARTY! The music was current and had a beat! I dance my heart out on that floor. This rink has a concrete smooth floor, great for artistic dance skating. I encourage you to look at my photos.

Open for more than 50 years this establishment which is just off Preston Highway looks and feels dated on the inside. But that kinda gives you the nostalgic feelings of when skating rinks where supper popular. They do have a cash only snack bar, a small arcade and game room sections and a pro shop to buy your own skates. Admission is $5 a person with a $2 skate rental. The skate rentals are all kind of dates but they will do the trick. Kind of like bowling alleys shoes. They have solid sized skating rink and always have an employee or two skating to check on fallen people and make sure people follow the rules. They do have the traditional roller skating features. Lights tinted down low with neon flashers, popular upbeat music and fun games like the hokey pokey, speed races and a beat little dice game they play where you stop on the closest number when the music stops and they roll the dice. If the dice is on your number then you are eliminated. The winner of the speed races and dice game either get a drink voucher for the concessions or a free skating ticket for the future. So that's fun and cool. My youngest nephew actual won the dice game last time we were there. Over the last year or so I've probably taken my daughters to meet some family friends here about 3-4 times. We always have a great time and my kids love it. It's still fun as an adult I just feel it more the next day than usual. Overall it a fun and entertaining few hours you can spend on a weekend or weekday night that is relatively cheap. It's is an older establishment so o found myself sanitizing me and the kid alike crazy but it's still a cool and nostalgic place with friendly workers.

The fries, tasted like frozen fries with season salt. In my opinion, just go here for desert or maybe a cold drink. After all, you're in Kentucky and they don't make the bourbon in house.

A friend had attempted to organize a private party at the space, but no one ever picked up the phone, returned phone calls, or responded to digital messages. So we just went on an evening with an open skate. It was inexpensive, it was a ton of fun, and there were hordes of children and young people. Of course. But again, we had attempted to organize a private party but management was unreachable. So we were a little cranky but dealt with it. Surprisingly busy, but it didn't feel crazy crowded. I'd go back, especially if a private event or some adult-only nights made it to be a thing!

I have been coming here since I was young and have always mostly enjoyed it (except for that time 10+ years ago where I was told to get off the floor for my birthday song that I requested because apparently that song was being used for the "boys only skate" which upset me.) Overall the place is pretty clean, well maintained, and the staff are nice. The only thing I dislike is the "girls/boys only" skate events, thankfully they don't happen often. If you are hanging out with friends, it can be a bit hard to hear each other speaking when on the rink.

It's been a fantastic time, and the staff is incredible.MY only downside about this place is the open ice times are always in the middle of the workday, so it's really hard to practice unless I go on the weekends when all of the kids hold birthday parties. I totally understand there are only 2 rinks, so ice time is short, but I'd easily come in the early am or right as normal work hours end to get in ice time if it were an option! Also, I think they should bundle practice skate times in with the never ever league. Give each player 3 free tickets to public skate. You know we'll be coming back here! So you might as well let us improve a bit so we can skate during stick and puck times and not get run over lol. Overall, a bit of an older facility, but nothing is inherently broken or wrong. Today I attended a birthday party for my nephew at this establishment. When planning the party, the…read morefacility wanted a list of the children's names who were attending. As they entered, their names were marked off a written piece of paper. We were allowed 14 children. As parties turn out, only 5 of those children named showed up. Even though we weren't at the 14 kid (paid for limit) you had to pay for other children that came and names were not on the "list". This was unexpected and not explained at time of booking. When questioned about this, the manager became aggressive, completely rude and unprofessional. I wrote a negative review on his site and he responded in a rude and trashy manner. His business etiquette is terrible. Customer service in nonexistent. Even if the original problem was explained as their policy, it would have been disappointing but exceptable. What I will not tolerate from a paying customer standpoint, is being treated poorly from management. Part of owning a business is dealing with people and talking through differences. The facility itself was run down. The games did not work. The bubblegum machines took your money. The one machine that produced a product, was a bubble with nothing inside. As simple as it is, it was upsetting for a two year old. The lockers took my money twice without working. The pizza was expensive and subpar.
