We are typically Glow Worm-ers. And although that won't change, we wanted to support a local business that was new to us. We were lucky to have spots reserved on a day when Rainbow Bins Playroom was at full capacity. We made our reservations online in advance. If you need to cancel for sickness (or other reasons), you are able to let them know with an hour notice and reschedule for another day. The prices were reasonable and we were greeted warmly when we arrived. There's cubbies in the front for shoes and jackets. There's a small section for the sale of sensory kits, snacks, etc. They do allow outside food, which must be kept in a separate area from the play space. The play space itself had slides, indoor gym type equipment, a Jungle Jumperoo, and various sensory bins. It was clean and welcoming. The staff actively worked to keep things clean and safe during our two hour visit. The real test, did the kids enjoy it? The playdate was a resounding success. I had to bribe the kids with promises of treats to get them out of the sensory bins to go home. They got in the car and asked when they could go back. They came home and were falling all over themselves to tell their Dad all about their day. In a season where the cold seems to be never-ending, put this business on your list of options for indoor fun. It's a smaller, more intimate, less overstimulating environment than many others. It's cleaner. Most importantly, the kids had a wonderful time and I left feeling good about giving Rainbow Bins Playroom my business.
