I was treated fair , we will start by saying I was only told a diagnostic would be an hour to an hour and a half and they took 2 hours and 30 minutes to tell me I needed a new engine and they let me take my car and told me to drive it like normal which is odd having a chance of breaking down somewhere . I decided to take it else where to Sheridan motors for a 2nd opinion and they disagreed on needing a new engine found work needed to be done to the engine which had nothing to do with needing a whole new motor, crazy right? not to mention asking them to cancel my claim since decided to go somewhere else and they took their sweet time 5 days to cancel it . how great. finally I will never go back and do business with them Ever again!!!! read more

while on a business trip to Hardin, Mt., my 11 Chevy cruze developed a small antifreez leak, the next day I took it to Hardin Chevrolet....i did not know this town was big enough to host a business let alone a car dealer.. None the less I pulled up to the chevy dealer went to parts and right away this place dropped what they were doin to help me...hmmmm ! small town greetings in a way I guess..the parts guy came out took the vin and did a search on warranty and found out it's still under warranty.....so far I'm blowin away at them helping me right away... Then they asked for the keys put it into the shop and started tests..found a bad hose, put in an over night order for the part and scheduled me in for friday... All free...no charge. :) I'll be here till sunday so that works perfect.... We were passing through town on our way to the east coast, when my SUV developed a rattling noise. Decided to stay overnight and not get caught on the interstate with a breakdown. The next day we went into this dealership (recommended by the local hotel management). The service dept called up our insurance company and let us know everything was covered, even told me the name of the rep they spoke to. They lent us a car to check out the local events while our SUV was being fixed! I called my own mechanic back home and let him know what was going on, and he said from the sounds of it, this dealership did everything right. I was not happy to have mechanical problems on such a new car and so far from home, but glad fixing it up went so smoothly and professionally. Highly recommended. read more

Unreliable. Horrible customer service. They don't care about the customer. Unless you're coming in for a high dollar problem like a transmission replacement or something, expect to be placed at the bottom of the pile and go days or even weeks without your vehicle as I did. The first time they had my car for a simple repair, and they held onto it for nearly two weeks. Then when I came to get it, they had not done several of the repairs I had requested. Apparently they just forgot. Then this most recent, and absolute last visit, they held my car for four days for an oil change without calling me to tell me it was done. And, here yet again, they did not do some of the maintenance I had even WRITTEN down for them. read more

Got some really good service at this local dealership. Just got an oil change but Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Oil change was inexpensive and i didn't feel taken advantage of. Will return. And recommend this place as the best in town. read more
