I use to go there a lot a few years ago but the last 3 years or so, have been horrible. I've gone twice: once last year and once this year. Both times have been horrible. The first time, it was for a hot ham and cheese sandwich. We drove up to the window, and waited, not for a second but for about 2 minutes. They took our order and we drove forward and waited. There was 3 employees in there just standing around talking and one was staring at her phone. Finally, someone came from out of the back (the cooking area), took my card, rung up the stuff and handed back the card, then we waited. I watched the clock on my car as 10 minutes passed, then 20. Finally at the 23 minute mark, someone brought my food out, which was cold. It was suppose to be a hot ham sandwich with melted cheese and it just cold ham with a slice of cheese on top. 40 minutes for 4 (possibly more) people to make a damn ham & cheese sandwich.
The second time was for one of those $5 deals. Mine was to be cheese burger, fries, drink, hot dog & a apple pie. I went in for this one, around 6:30. I saw a manager, an employee in the front and 2 in the back. The front employee, just stood there in a daze or something, the manager kept walking back and forth from the front to the back and I don't know what the 2 in the back was doing. After about a 5 minute wait, the front employee took my order,my money and then went back to be bored/in a dazed. I waited and waited and waited figuring they were cooking a fresh batch of fries or something. When my order finally came, I looked at my watch, it was 7:15 and guess what? My fries were cold,my burger was cold, even the apple pie was cold (was it suppose to be?) I miss the old management they had with the lady with the long black hair. Whoever managing this bunch, just lets them slack off.Shame Shame. read more
