Some absolute moron gave this place a bad review because they were not open on Christmas (Google reviews)! Not all bad reviews are legit. 4 years ago, I moved here from a place that never heard of Hardees. I have not eaten at another fast-food place since! The staff are cool and the food AMAZING. Breakfast or lunch are the best I've had. It's not the cheapest, but nothing else compares for the price. I will miss the heck out of this location when I move. read more

A picture says a thousand words, and I'll include two with this review. The two starts is because the biscuits are still good. That's about all I can say. The gravy doesn't taste like it used to and also had no sausage in it AT ALL. The hash rounds tasted like they were cooked in old grease. The star of this visit however...is the breakfast platter! I pulled around to their drive-thru before closing time but got the "we are closed" message from there transceiver. Their signs on the side of their doors say they don't close till 10, and even their holiday hours don't have them closing any earlier than 8 but today wasn't a holiday. What it had turned out they did was their clocks are set slightly ahead which in my opinion is just them giving themselves an excuse to close sooner. So even when I showed up before their closing time, before any of their schedules even say they close, before even their website says they close , they already were closing and we're not able to serve me. I have received good service from them before, but this time I felt like they were just being lazy and making excuses. read more

Charged me more than the menu price. When I asked why they told me the price went up but they haven't changed the menu board yet. The manager didn't want to hear about it and just turned her back to me. They didn't seem to understand the concept of false advertising. If you can't take the time to change your menu prices then DON'T CHANGE THE PRICES. read more

Hardee's has always been one of my favorite fast food restaurants. I grew up with Hardee's and having one among all the Burger joints along South Parkway should make me very happy. Unfortunately, the quality of service and food at the South Parkway Hardee's is so bad these days, after my last bad experience of a screwed up order where I received an ice cold burger on a stale bun with ingredients I specifically said I did not want and no Catsup for my fries which I reiterated not to forget the catsup when I got up to the window. The person was surly and said "I heard you the first time". There was no catsup in my bag when I got home and the burger was a sloppy mess. I called and asked to speak to the manager and was told the manager was not there that I should call back in a couple of days. I have an even better solution - I will just not go to this Hardee's again! There are quite a few other burger places on South Parkway to choose from! read more

Been a Hardee's breakfast goer for 30+ years. Today, February 23 2021, my steak biscuits was left out my order in drive thru, no big deal right? Usually not. I called and told them to which was acknowledged. Great. I said I would just get the money back because I don't have time to come back. I was told "No, we don't give money back out of the register, we can replace the biscuits when you come back". I don't want a replacement biscuits, I want my money back. At this point I feel like Hardee's has stolen money from me. What do you mean you don't give money back? Awful food and even worse service. They should do a completely new shift change or just close down. I ordered a sausage plate that was supposed to come with hashbrowns. They figured 4 hashbrowns would be enough. They don't take the time to care or even pretend like they do. This is without a doubt the worst Hardees. We went there on a Friday night and I should have known the experience was going to be bad when the only customers at the counter were the ones returning their food. We ordered three combos. First they did not ring up combos but just sandwiches so they had to it over. We ordered one combo but after waiting a good 25 minutes, the cashier brings us our food. Every sandwich was wrong and it was smaller burgers than we ask for and paid for. The cashier stated she was sorry but what did we want her to do. We did not have time to wait another 25 minutes so everyone picked off what they did not order. We wanted tea with our meals but when we tried to drink, it tasted like sanitizer. The restrooms were dirty the outside of the restaurant was dirty and the lobby was dirty. I cannot imagine how this place stays in business. read more

Terrible reviews so shame on me but I tried anyway. I understood the conversation perfectly on the speaker, but when I got to the pay window I couldn't hear the worker. She said it again and I thought I heard "three," and I thought it's a driving rain and no one is behind me - she can't be asking me to park so they can come out in the rain to deliver...I told her "I can't understand you with the mask on," and I'll leave you to your own visuals on this, she said (with head bobbing like a cartoon) "I SAID...park in number three and someone will be out witcha." I'll admit, I don't do very well with the head bobbing ghetto routine, but the elevated voice and look on her face was enough. I told them to go ahead and give me a refund because I refuse to spend money here if you don't understand Customer service. When you have a business that's in the business of making money, you should probably check your reviews every now and then - this place is awful. It wouldn't hurt to explain that customer service thing to your employees as well. read more

I'm guessing this is the store that is located at the corner of AL 231 and Green Cove SE. I've had better Hardee's experience before. One positive that I never got from any of my 2 previous (one down in lower AL and another state), fast service. read more
