I went to Hardee's to get a kids meal. This is not first trio to them...and I keep hoping for a change...the burger was cold and looked old the fries were extremely soggy....very disappointed. I would not have written this review of todays trip had it been an isolated issue in my last 5 trips in a year's time the food has gone from bad to worse... the girl at the counter was wonderful she did her job spectacularly. I would have complained but I got it to go....I don't expect perfection just edible and it wasn't wasted money and time. read more

The employees at this residence lack manners and respect! I stopped by on my way home for a quick meal and it took forever to even receive my food. The workers seem to show no care in the world as they let my food sit and get cold while they wasted time on their phones. I hope whatever they were watching was so important because I definitely won't be coming here again! The place was so unprofessional and the bathroom looked like a pigs pen. They were out of soap and the toilet paper dispenser hardly worked. I wouldn't even recommend this place to my worst enemy. Save your time and money folks. read more

Typical fast food restaurant with a decent selection of sandwiches and burgers. Service is good and the dining area appears clean. This location may be a bit tricky to access because it is in the middle of US-13, between the northbound and southbound lanes, but they do have a private parking lot. read more

We stopped here for coffees and breakfast sandwiches in our travel home to NYC. The location was clean for the most part. The coffee station was untidy but the restrooms were clean. The food and drinks were about what you'd expect from Hardee's. There isn't really much room for deviation. We would definitely stop here again in our travels down US 13. read more

This particular location is a combination Hardees / Red Burrito. We stopped in for a quick dinner since it was so close to our hotel. Right off the bat we were a little frustrated becuase there was no line and the guy at the register didn't even acknowledge us for a while. My husband began the countdown, but the kid took our order about 30 seconds before we were ready to walk out. We initially ordered off the Red Burrito menu - Taco Salad, which was mostly lettuce was nothing exciting, Grilled Chicken Burrito Platter was so-so. The accompanying rice was dry, refried beans were tasteless glop. The Chicken Soft Taco ordered for my 3 year old was too spicy for him. Normally, he enjoys tacos, but this was just a bit much for him, so I went back and ordered him a burger from the Hardees menu. It was pretty good. On the plus side, they had Diet Dr. Pepper. But as another minus, the floors had that greasy feeling like they might not have changed the water in the mop bucket since some time last week. icky. makes me wonder... I'd skip this place in the future. read more

Every time I come here I always have to wait at least 10 minutes for 1 small hamburger and a drink. It's ridiculous. This happens even when I'm the only person in the drive thru. I just don't get it. It's so frustrating. Why ask if I want whipped cream on my shake and then bring it out with none on it. I asked for hamburgers and got cheese burgers. We walked in at 10:29, asked if we could order breakfast and was rudely told "No" - menu was still on breakfast. The gal behind the counter continued to wipe off trays instead of changing the board to lunch menu. When we were finally ordering, Ashley stopped mid sentence to talk to a co worker. We stop here for breakfast on the way to the beach every few weeks. It is convenient and the bathrooms are always clean. The drive thru moves fast and the staff is pleasant. The plain biscuits or biscuit with egg and cheese and coffee is fine but anything with bacon or sausage is usually very greasy. The hash rounds are ok if they are fresh. The low-carb breakfast bowl is good but expensive unless we have a coupon. It is one of the better Hardees we have visited in Delaware, the one in Georgetown is horrible. read more

I went in about a month ago for lunch, and I ordered a grilled cheese bacon thickburger. Wow! it was one of the best burgers I've ever had from a fast food restaurant. I also had one of the nicest servers, I think his name was David or something. If you're ever in Harrington DE and you're going to eat at a fast food place I recommend Hardee's read more

If I could give this location NO stars, I would. We have received nothing but poor service and lots of attitude on most occasions. Im the kind of person that gives the benefit of the doubt (bad day for the employee, understaffed, etc) and that's why we have kept visiting it. I work in the food service industry so I have a lot of patience for the types of problems we usually encounter. We have repeatedly had our orders COMPLETELY messed up. We ask for a plain cheeseburger with CHEESE ONLY and we get EVERYTHING except cheese? Really? On quite a few occasions we have asked for dipping sauce and it doesnt end up in the bag. They hassle us about it. My husband specifically asked them to put it in MULTIPLE times because they ALWAYS forget, and low and behold, we end up with either none or 1 when we ask for 3 specifically. One time he asked them to make sure the burger was well done and they gave him a completely rude attitude saying "they only cook it one way." He talked to the management on one of our messed up order visits and they didnt even TRY to ACT like they cared, even though my husband told them it was the 4th time it had happened. They didnt give him anything to make up for it...not even a darn coupon. You would think they would've wanted to make up for it since he explained we are always having problems with our orders. Not at all. I guess they are used to customer complaints, so it doesnt phase them. We are the kind of people that just deal with mess ups and eat it anyway (meek personalities that don't like conflict), but we have had enough and needed to say something to this place. Obviously, this starts from the top and works itself down. So the top of this company needs to figure it out. We lived in a place that had Carls Jr, which is basically the same as Hardees; it was THE BEST and I miss it. I keep hoping they will get their act together which is why I've given them many chances. But I'm done now. I do not recommend this location AT ALL. Save your money, because it's overpriced slop. read more
