Yes. it was the first day and believe me I remember first days when it comes to Taco Bell. I pulled in parking lot full of cars, and it seemed the new associates were the ones who were taking up the spots today being the first day. Then I asked for a cup for water. The woman employee said there's a charge. My husband and I only drink water and we have NEVER paid for a cup. She said we are individually owned. This is not a good look for DQ!! I don't care if you're individually owned. Don't treat a customer like a thief stealing soda. I did not pay for a cup and would have walked out but I already ordered. Highly insulting and ruined my lunch! I also watched her watching people at the soda machine. Never going back there. My first bad experience in a Dairy Queen.
