Every time I'm here, no matter what time, the staff could not be more rude. I went in today, and two employees were talking to customers (they had already ordered). I waited for a few minutes to place my own order, and was completely ignored. Finally, the shift manager reluctantly took my order. I was polite, as usual, and she acted like I was a nuisance to her. I finally, received my order, and had to ask (again) for sauce. She didn't say a word and grabbed the sauce, again acting as if I was an inconvenience to her. Mind you- this place was a ghost town. They were not busy, I was the only other person there. As it turns out, the other employee (that ignored me when I walked in), she was the GENERAL manager. This place needs to be shut down. The service from the MANAGEMENT is horrible. Real nice example they are setting for their employees.... Won't be returning. read more

Every time I go in Hardee's I make sure my girl Toni Geathers is working! It's been times where I've been there and she wasn't and the food just tasted a little different idk, I'm serious. I think it's her positive attitude and energy that fuels the place as a whole. read more

This Hardee's location in Georgetown is a good place to stop for a quick breakfast or sandwich meal. They are very efficient at preparing orders and getting everything ready so you can be on your way. They have really good burgers and I have been satisfied with all of the orders that I have made here over the years. I like knowing that there is a consistent place to stop and get some good food. read more

Should receive Worst and Rudess Employees Award. My spouse went there on Monday evening between 4 and 5 and they over charged her then refused to refund her money. The manager who was right there Never did a thing to deescalate or correct the sitiuation just let her employees lie their way out of it. Check the security cameras they don't lie. The parking lot is ridiculous on the drive thru side of the building which is actually open to the street (which we entered from). There are many parking spaced lined up this side but NO entrance to the building. You have to walk all the way around to the front of the building (watch out for cars leaving the drive thru!) to access restaurant. This was a late lunch stop for us on our way to Myrtle Beach. It was around 2pm so we werent planning a big lunch just a sandwich and drink. I got hot ham & cheese, daughter 3 chicken tenders and hubby got a frisco burger. it took forever! They were very slow. There was maybe 12 people in the whole place. My ham and cheese consisted of a small bit of ham directly in the center of the bun- oh joy. So needless to say we would have went to the burger king or one of the other fast food places around the corner had we seen them first! read more

I have eaten at HARDEE s several times since moving here in October. The main concern is that the lobby and customer lounge are kept way too hot. It's in the 90s here and very humid, being so close to the Atlantic Ocean. I cannot enjoy my meal comfortably there, so I usually take it home. One day, a female cashier put my change in her pocket and walked away from the counter. I told another employee that I did not get my change, and they opened the cash register and gave it to me. I did not tell her what the other girl did. This is crazy stuff! Also, the Ladies bathroom is gross and unsanitary! read more

I have to agree with the other reviewers. My experiences include some of these moments, however, food is good. Years ago, it was the best... then they changed their whole menu up. The parking lot is a hassle and you better be ready to wait at the drive-thu in the mornings. read more

Clean on the inside and fast drive thru. Check your order before leaving drive thru I have got the wrong thing several times.

Went in to order a breakfast sandwich. After we ordered we moved aside and I saw into the back room. It was dirty, the floor had not been swept for a couple of days, at least. I wanted to cancel my order right then. We did eat the sandwich but you will never see us at this Hardee's again! read more

This restaurant needs a good manager. The one we have has worked for Hardee's for 34 years (not all at this one) and should retire. He is definitely past his prime. He is slow, doesn't listen, and doesn't seem to care, doesn't smile, acts like he's doing us a favor waiting on us, etc. When we have a visiting manager, especially Dwayne, the difference is like night and day. Dwayne is young, enthusiastic, always smiling, acts like he likes being there and serving us and encourages his workers to do the same. Too bad he can't be here all the time. Hardee's in Georgetown has lost lots of customers because of this current manager. Please do something!!!! read more
