Pulled up to drive thru. Tell us to pull up to windows. Had to sit and wait for over 5 mins While waiting, we see an employee sitting down on their phone while being short staffed. Slow service, broken drink machine, wrong order, piss poor attitude...all employees

I pull up to the speaker waiting to be greeted, only to sit there for about 60 seconds and the person to tell me to order when I'm ready. I order, and ask for ghost ranch sauce with the food. When I received my food, they of course, forgot it. I ask the lady for ghost ranch sauce, and she hands me one regular ranch, and tells me that "next time, it's extra". (When they were the ones who forgot it in the first place.) Incredibly rude and careless staff. Won't be returning. How this place is still open is beyond me. read more

I get the chiken nuggets and french fries and if you dip the fries into a chocolate milkshake it is delicious.

Worst Wendy's anywhere. I really don't know how they can stay in business as few customers as they serve. They work clock at drive through by taking one order at a time and waiting to finalize it until food is ready. This makes entire process exceedingly slow since they don't get orders for others waiting in line. Worst part is they're so slow and low volume anything not made to order is cold (fries, nuggets, etc.). Oh, and most recently got Baconator and it didn't even have two full slices of bacon! How do you call it Baconator when you put the same amount of bacon on it as you do a Junior Bacon Cheeseburger? Once in a while I'll forget how bad they are and go back but I'm quickly reminded of why I don't visit this location. read more

Unless you are ready to waste your time for less than mediocre food I wouldn't go here. The workers moved at a snail's pace. We waited over 30 minutes to order (with 2 people ahead of us). Another 20 minutes for our food. Which out of 4 simple orders only 1 was correct. Even after fixing the order, the food was gross. They were not wearing gloves. Tables were dirty as well. Run. My mom and I stopped by for lunch. We decided to dine in. We both chose the four for $4. We received our food fairly quickly. Everything was hot and fresh. I think the four for $4 is a great value. It's plenty of food to keep you full. The cashier wasn't too friendly but she was nice enough. I may go back if I'm passing through town. read more

Mineral Hardee's Burger King so I decided to try this Wendy's very nice very cordial but the way Wendy's bilderbergers and John Negril in the back cuz they do Square patties they run all these Burgers down the square patties and unfortunately doesn't allow them the ability to clean them very well because it tasted like to burger patties all over a really dirty Grill. So I am standing in an empty Wendy's and waiting to get an order in. No one will look at me and then an employee says to a person in the back "you gots a customer". As is look in the back there is not the first bit of movement. 5 minutes later they bring themselves out and try to take my order. Tap tap tap on the screen and nothing. Then someone comes up and says the card machine don't work on that one. While I'm standing here 3 people come up with problems with wrong food or uncooked frozen meat. This place used to be good. I walked in here and the stench overwhelmed me so much that I didn't want to eat there. As I turned to leave I looked around and there was trash everywhere. There was barely anyone in there, so there's no excuse for how that place looked! If the restaurant looks that bad I can imagine the condition of the kitchen or food. This place was awful. There was 20 workers there and it took over 15 minutes to have our order taken with NO LINE. Then another 25 minutes to get our food. we love our JR bacon cheeseburgers we normally get 12 at a time just for 3 people they are not too filling but taste so good. the service at our local wendy's could be better my biggest issue is the waiting on items it can take from 5 mins to 30 mins to order and if you go at lunch time or after work the drive through line is always long and forget about going inside the wait is just as bad. read more

this place isn't the place to go if you're looking for "fast" food. we waited in line for 10 minutes, and had to wait for our food for 20. it wasn't lunch time rush either. there were at least 13 workers, but only 3 were doing something. those three weren't working very hard. if you need your food in an orderly time, this is not the place to go. read more
