For the price of the breakfast platter - $6.50 this is WAY BETTER than Mcdonalds breakfast. You get a choice of meat - Ham (salty), bacon or sausage. Fried egg , Mini hash browns and biscuit with sausage gravy. You can replace the meat with a porkchop but thats an add on price. I think this is a underrated breakfast place to get a hearty breakfast. For the price the biscuit and gravy alone is worth the money. The gravy has chunks of pork sausage pcs in the white gravy. I think you can request "folded" eggs which is scrambled to them or fried, They use real eggs on the eggs. You can see them crack the eggs on the griddle. read more

Location not family friendly. No changing tables in either of the restrooms. No toys for the kids meals, which they haven't had in a very long time. Food isn't as good as it has been in the past. Burgers are cold & don't even melt the cheese. Hot Ham & Cheese sandwich is just ham & cheese, nothing hot about it. And, drink machine only has half the flavors working, they just dispense water & some of those working flavors are flat tasting. Establishment was opened for breakfast /lunch. Breakfast great any time of the day.. however, lots of items listed they were out of so that lead me to lunch. Just not sure my expectations for a $9.00 burger was much higher then I received. Employees were working on the drain inside & out. Then they came out to switch the menu sign from breakfast to lunch but it was stuck so added another employee to get it completed. The unsweetened tea was the best. read more

I wish I had a Hardee's closer to my house, but when we were leaving the Surgery center this morning and spotted it as we were getting ready to head in the opposite direction, I didn't have to ask twice if my Mom wanted to grab some breakfast in the drive thru. Upon pulling up we were promptly greeted by a sweet voice letting us know we could begin ordering when we were ready. Since we love their biscuits we ordered 2 with bacon, egg and cheese, 2 with chicken and 2 - 2 pacs of their famous cinnamon raisin biscuits. We were happy to find out from the sweet voice that the chicken biscuits were on sale, 2 for $4. When we pulled around the window we were greeted with a smile from that familiar voice and our order was hot and ready to go. We didn't want to wait the drive until we got home, so I dug into the bag and grabbed us each a chicken biscuit. Opening my package I viewed that golden buttery goodness I had been waiting for. In my opinion they have some of the best biscuits hands down. The chicken breast was thick, hot and juicy with perfect seasoning. Our bacon, egg and cheese biscuits were just as tasty. We saved the cinnamon raisin for later and heated them up in the microwave. Just as tasty as if we would have had them when we ordered them. I am happy to see that Hardee's is finally getting back to what they do best and stop over doing it to try and drive sales. I can't wait to go back! Happy Dining! read more

With the COVID-19 going strong here, NO ONE WAS WEARING A MASK!!! Let me put it this way, they were, but there neck will be protected. When we were leaving I noticed 1(one) cook wearing his mask. I stopped in this new Hardee's for breakfast and I was surprised how nice everyone was. It is so clean and and the staff were very friendly. The young man behind the counter helped me pick the perfect meal for me. I was not in the biscuit mod so I ordered the Frisco breakfast sandwich and it was hot and fresh and oh so good. A much better experience than most Hardees or other competing restaurants. I definitely will be back! read more

It is dangerous to have a Hardee's this close to my house! This location opened up only 2 weeks ago and I don't want to talk about how many times I've been. I love me some Hardee's breakfast! The biscuits are homemade. They are warm, soft, and fluffy, much better than the frozen biscuits they use at some other fast food joints. Their sausage is so much more flavorful than McDonald's and has more of that crumbly texture to it. My new discovery is the Cajun chicken biscuit. It pops just the right amount of heat to give you just a bit of that Cajun flavor. I love Bojangles Cajun filet biscuit and this is the closest I've had to it. Sadly, there are no Bojangles around here. Hardee's also makes some great sweet tea. My dad is probably more excited about Hardee's than I am. I think he's been every day since they opened. He loves the biscuit and gravy. It is very high quality gravy for fast food. It's almost as good as Bob Evans gravy and I would argue far better than Cracker Barrel's. So obviously, we are fans of breakfast, but their burgers and fries are great too. They make everything fresh to order and burgers are large. Finally, this location is super convenient right in front of Publix and since it is new the restaurant is still nice and clean. Keep up with the great biscuits and I'll keep on checking in. read more

A Blistering and insulting nightmare moving to Davenport , where you expect at least the smallest amount of competence in a fast food joint when you are coming home late from work because of traffic. ONE might dream of a FRANCHISE actually having both policy and procedures AND a minimum standard of quality. THIS particular location has NONE!!!!! Day 1you swing by and order and take the food home, only to find you are missing 2 items AND they screwed up the drinks, forgot the napkins....you are a little perturbed at the utter incompetence, but you want to give them a chance to make it right...so you go back the next day to let them know their epic screw up, you know to give the manager a chance to do it right....you know, to pretend that they actually care about the mistake or the quality of the franchise...you drop another 20 bucks ask for them to replace the 2 missing items and you POLITELY eat the drink F&^Kup and order 2 new drinks and emphasize AGAIN the drink order....and AGAIN the brainless, careless, oblivious morons that inhabit this location mess it all up again, no napkins wrong drinks and the picture below is my favorite....I actually felt compelled to open my bun, because I would of put money that is was empty...I was close....a half a piece of folded ham was inside for the 5 bucks or whatever UNGODLY price they charged me (20 bucks for 1 value meal and this fake ham sandwich....I think the crew members are eating half of what is supposed to go in your food order...and LORD knows the a manager is completely useless for letting the follow up to a nightmare experience at Hardees be followed up by a bigger nightmare when you brought the first nightmare to their attention....and now I have addressed the issue with the write up, which I am sure some WARM BODY will rebut with a whimper excuse of "ooooops, we normally do so well"...which Obviously YOU DO NOT. First time eating at this Hardee's. The establishment looks clean, but that was the only positive quality about this restaurant. I was greeted with a team member wearing a face mask around their neck instead of their mouth and nose. I placed my order and as I waited I noticed other team members wearing their face masks in the same style while talking on their phones or having phones in their hands, texting or reading texts. Profanity can be heard from my seat of the restaurant, which were the furthest seats from the kitchen. First time at the new Hardee's and my last for a while at least. Ordered an item based on the cashiers burger suggestion, we now know this item to be the Hawaiian chicken sandwich. Noticed on the receipt that it was a chicken sandwich rather than a burger. Asked to change the meat to a beef patty. The manager came to the window and was extremely rude. He essentially got into a yelling match with my friend who just left the hospital across the street. Made no offer to fix the situation. Once home tried the fries and they seem stale. Tried to order a couple of items from the online menu and was told that they don't have those items in their location, so I ordered 3 hamburgers (to go) with fries. When I got them home we opened them up and found them swimming in grease. We also ordered fries which were just as greasy. Don't see any reason to return here, even if I do live within walking distance. read more

Even I said it was my first time there, they did no offer me any offer or happy hour like I read outside. I order combo #1 and end paying more because cashier did not offer me any deals and I realized too late. I ask her if she could change my order and said that next time I needed to order deal to be less expensive, really? You could not change at the moment or give me a friendly refund.
