Burgers were fresh and had a nice charbroiled flavor. Fries were crispy and fresh. Restaurant was clean. Service was great. Order taken promptly and they brought it to our table. It was my husbands first time at a Hardee's and my 2nd. We would def return read more

This is a pretty good burger. The sign on the door says it's the best burger in Tennessee and I don't think it's wrong. Chicken fried sandwiches made fresh. It was delicious.. very friendly staff read more

My friends and I stopped in yesterday. The buns and meat was so dry and stale I choked trying to eat it. I had to throw it in the trash. I don't advise throwing your money away. I won't be back! read more

Had biscuit/sausage gravy breakfast today. Hash browns were good, 1 biscuit only was good, coffee good. They must of had a shortage of Sausage in the restaurant. Sausage gravy had 2 finger tip size pieces of sausage. I've had other items at Hardee's, all good. Hillbilly breakfast need a northern touch. read more

I have a 4 star rating cause when I came in after placing an online order asked for mushrooms to be added to both Double Fresco Burgees The young lady said I should have added it online and I let her know there isn't an option to add mushrooms so I paid additional cash for mushrooms to be added to both Double Fresco burgers and only one of our Double Fresco Burgers had mushroom added . they are a busy restaurant which I don't understand why they only have 3 people working. one cook , one cooking and running the drive thru , one Running front , drive thru ,bagging orders and getting items from cooler that is needed for orders to be filled (Laura ) she even washed her arms and hands very well after and before handling the food . I can say they are very clean and work as fast as they can . Thank you for the hard work you do , you need at least one more person on the shift . read more

It's a "standard" Hardee's, with all the "standard" fare, but with friendly staff that stands out, whether you're inside or at drive thru! I love it when owners train their employees to LOOK at people, SMILE, and treat them the way you'd want to be treated! read more

After 6 or 7 visits I've decided to share. Every single time I've been here, I specifically ask for ketchup/sauce while ordering & every time (with out fail) no sauce, no ketchup, no napkins. I always check & then sit at the window (sometimes for a while!) waiting for her to notice I haven't left yet. read more

Burgers were sloppy and cold. The young women that took our order didn't listen when I ordered. I ordered bottled water and got two cups. I asked about our senior citizen discount, but her response in a snippy way you don't get anymore senior discounts we don't give those any more. I loved going here the food used to be good. I hate what it has become, Didn't get napkins had to go back and ask for napkins. Her response I gave you napkins a whole handful. unless they are invisible there were no napkins. Mad because they have a jib or what! read more

I asked for an Impossible burger but the girl looked at me as though I was from another planet. No matter...I asked instead for a standard Angus burger and fries. The burger was very nice and freshly made. The fries were also very good. The restaurant is neat and clean. Everyone was wearing masks and social distancing in the dining room was being observed. Service! Basically, non-existent. The girl behind the counter didn't understand what I wanted. She was, however, pleasant and friendly, but was carrying on a conversation with someone in the kitchen whilst trying to serve me. The thing is, it's a Hardees. They're not known for their service, with good reason. But the food was good, the place was clean and I was hungry. read more

My husband & I ate supper at the Hardee's on Peavine Rd., in Crossville. Kathy, the Shift Manager was the kindest, most patient person I've had the pleasure of dealing with in a fast food restaurant in a very long time. Kathy was great! The lobby was nice & clean. Kathy was helpful with the other employees while taking & filling orders at the inside counter.. she brought our food out to us & she was genuinely smiling. She made us feel welcomed & not like a bother or an inconvenience. Kathy should get a raise & teach all new hires how to be genuinely nice & kind. I don't usually do these survey things. But I wanted to give credit where credit is due. Thank you Kathy! For just being you! Pam & Donny read more

The service at this Hardee's is very very slow, the register girl seemed to have a hard time understanding what was being ordered. From the time I walked in to the time I walked out 15 minutes past and there was only one couple in front of me. The employees were not wearing their masks at all or wearing them improperly. One employee walked food out to someone's car and his mask was pulled down to his neck. I asked for buttermilk ranch with my chicken tenders because that is how it is written on the board, and the girl looked at me and said "we don't have buttermilk ranch, we just have ranch." I told her Ranch was fine, that I only asked for it that way because that's how it is written on the board. I would not recommend this Hardee's because of the service and the blatant disregard for COVID-19. The food was good and hot though read more

I almost always have positive reviews for places that our family visits. I have serious doubts that this place even has a manager. Lets review drive through first. They always read it back correctly. This in itself is a huge positive. When we get to the window we are almost automatically (after paying) asked to move up. Even if noone is behind us. I understand that this stops their service clock, and thereby they can meet their timing metrics. I find it takes them twice as long to get our food to us. And speaking of the food, they either do not have items in stock (very often) and items have been missing 100% of the time. In over a dozen drive through visits this has been the case (no large cups, no sausage, no hit dogs, etc). If they do not have something, post it on the first board so people can order accordingly. Inside orders: the cooking staff hauls ass! They are not lazy, that is for sure. BUT, you can stand there for 10 minutes before your order is taken. They did not have a dedicated front person, or so we thought. Overall, this place needs a competent manager. Covid isn't an excuse. All over businesses plan and order accordingly. If you are missing key ingredients for a majority of your meals. Post it on the outside board (for drive thru) or inside so people aren't wasting their time and theirs and eventually those that follow. CHECK THE ORDER b4 u hand it off. We are almost always missing something. My son had a breakfast sandwich that was cold and has no gravy on it (countryfried steak breakfast sandwich), or hsshbrowns are missing. We do not prefer mcdonalds and this is our only choice (aside from when I make breakfast). I wish this place lots of luck, and I would hate to see this place go out of business, but the owner needs to hire the right managers. read more

Hardee's, oh hardee's.... you will never be your brother carls junior. I ordered 2 famous stars with the beyond meat patties but the amount of disrespect to those 2 poor patties. Charbroiled? No such thing. These patties were microwaved then thrown on the bun with the rest of the burger slopped on. Spongebob would have cremated those 2 burgers if he saw them. Now the fries were good because luckily im a mountain billy goat that loves to climb tall cliffs that licks the salt that is exposed on the dangerous drop offs. I would want my money back but unfortunately I could not talk because of the salt brick on my tongue read more

Sadly, there were 3 employees, and nobody could take our order. The employees weren't busy. We were the only people in line. We stood there and waited and they took a drive thru order while ignoring us. Drove down the road elsewhere. ‍ read more

Worst service at a fast food restaurant ever. Manager obviously didn't want to be at work. She was the crankiest person I think I have ever seen. We had a party of eight and 5 of the orders were wrong. Don't stop here. I felt bad for the young girl working the front counter. She was sweet but getting no support from rest of staff. read more

Very good customer service although the wait is long, food is hot and fresh almost every time I visit!

Went in for a carry out order because the drive thru had a long line. Placed my order pretty quickly. Had to wait fifteen minutes. First bag they gave me was not my order. Gave that back. Finally got my order and took it out to the family. The order had been made wrong. Went back in to get the food redone. After everything, the visit took twenty minutes. Nothing was offered to make up for the long wait. Also saw the people in front of me order a sandwich with no bun. It was made with a bun and when it was returned, the staff just took the bun off and served it again. Hope they didn't have a gluten allergy. Not very good service or attention to detail. read more

Peavine Rd Katy was so sweet to make sure we had fresh biscuits at the end of breakfast shift. She was dealing with disgruntled employees. She needs a raise and promotion. read more

Where do the owners/managers find these employees. The drive-through is one of the worst in town. It's nothing to sit 10 or 15 minutes waiting for your food and you may be the only one there. This is not something new - it's been going on for years. Nothing ever improves and management has to know about it and if they don't, they're not paying attention. They could take some lessons from McDonald's. read more

This is by far the slowest Hardee's I have ever been too. My family has been sitting here for 25 minutes. The people that got here before us haven't gotten their food yet either. Now they're bringing out one item at a time. 25 minutes to get a shake. Wonder how long for the rest of it? read more
