First off, I've never heard a more professional and welcoming voice in a drive thru! Natalie has the most soothing, welcoming voice and is very professional! Don't usually recommend fast food places much, but traveling east from Nashville we needed to eat. Same great-tasting burgers I remember from childhood. AND SUPER- FRIENDLY staff! So went into the Hardee's on Willow this morning around 8:30 am to get breakfast for my daughter . I can't for the life of me understand what is so hard or complicated about making gravy without sausage . My daughter can not eat sausage. Every single time we request no sausage we get told "we are not aloud to make it that way". Ummm yes u can have gotten it before in this very restaurant. Cashier tells me they were told they can't. I requested manager. Manager came up front could not look me in the face as he was speaking and says our DM told us we are not aloud to. Again I advised him of my daughter can't eat sausage and I have had it there a few times . Then he told me he would make it this one time. I mean honestly just for the simple fact the gravy does not come with sausage in it , it's litterally crumbled up and put in there. I am pretty sure they make more complicated things than a pack of gravy. Is not all food supposed to be made fresh anyways? Why have to lie to a customer of their establishment? Why should it be forced upon someone to eat something they can't ? That's like horrible customer service. So that is why there is a 1 star rating . read more

The ambiance of this Hardee's is your typical southern fast food restaurant that specializes in the best fast food place to get breakfast. The employees are always super good at customer service and go above and beyond for quality control. Needed to grab something quick while on the road but although they only had a couple other customers, we all had to wait quite a while since they had bag, unbag and rebag orders several times. Very disappointed in today's visit at Hardee's. We went there for the All-Star meal where I was supposed to get a spicy chicken sandwich and a plain double stack burger. Not only did we have to wait 15+ minutes for our meal, but they got my order wrong. The spicy chicken sandwich was correct (and much harder and drier than normal,) but they got my double stack wrong by putting cheese on it. The rediculous part is how long we had to wait for my second sandwich. It didn't take as long, but it was like they had to kill the cow before we got back. I don't blame the employee's, I blame the management that will not staff their company. This has only happened 3 times in my experience with this resturant, but this has to be one of the worst cases. To summarize: The food was alright, but they took outrageously long to get the food out, and they got my order wrong. If you choose to go to Hardee's, I recommend finding another resturant or not going at all. read more

Stopped by on our way to E TN. My wife and I are doing Atkins really get now so there are not a bunch of choices when looking at fast food. Hardee's does a burger wrapped in lettuce so good to go there. The store was generally clean all except the floors. They were a little dirty but I imagine be that was from the lunch rush. Service was good and the employees friendly. If the floors would have been clean they would have gotten 5 stars. read more

Stopped by this Hardee's location several times over the years heading back and forth on 40 and they are always fast, courteous, and serving up good fresh food. The restaurant is clean, biscuits aren't burnt to a crisp and I can't recall ever having a messed up order. You can't go wrong with a biscuit and gravy to keep you going on down the interstate! To top it off, getting in and out of here from the interstate is easy as it's on the main drag a couple of lights from 40. read more

Apparently my first review of Hardee's No 2 was deemed less helpful so let me be more specific. We have ordered from this location on several occasions and have had to wait an unusually long time to get our order, the food has been wrong, or the food was not prepared properly. The last straw was the chili dog I ordered. I was not told that there were no buns for the order and when I opened that box it came in it was served between a folded piece of white bread. This place needs better management and should be avoided until they get their act together. read more

My companion and I have breakfast here frequently and always enjoy the good service, good food and the pleasant atmosphere. Last week I left my wallet there and went on to work, I didn't miss it until late afternoon. Going back over my day I called the restaurant never dreaming the wallet would be there. What a surprise! They had it and everything was intact. I don't know who found it and turned it in but I'm forever thankful. My compliments to the staff for their part in returning the wallet. If I could go lower than 1 star I would. This is by far the worse Hardee's in the surrounding area. They cannot get orders correct, do not offer apologizes when a customer has to return an order nor do they offer to replace the order that has gotten cold on the drive back to the location to return and have the order corrected.
