I downloaded the app for the free chicken sandwich with purchase but it didn't come immediately so I tried the frisco burger. WOW. My picture doesn't look like much but it was definitely a bigger patty than its competitors and ample amount of gooey cheese and bacon and such. Went here at 8:30 for breakfast on Wednesday. Very clean restaurant including the restrooms. Friendly staff. This was our 2nd time stopping here on a road trip. We had steak and sausage/egg biscuits with hash rounds. All were fresh and hot. We were very happy and would stop here again. read more

I decided to grab a burger before I got on the road to work. There is never anyone in the line so I knew service would be fast. I ordered a number 1 with a cinnamon roll. Once I got on the road literally 2 mins later I noticed my cinnamon roll wasn't in the bag. I'm not sure how that can be forgotten if there are. o customers. I opened my being I was the only customer there. I opened my burger to eat in less than 5 minutes after leaving the drive through and my burger is cold. I'm highly disappointed. normally when Ordering food the experience is pleasant and the food is good. TODAY...the staff member was V E R Y rude, her attitude was unwelcoming and the information relayed saying the drive through was closed and there was no French toast was delivered very unprofessional. Follow up to other terrible experiences, and this one really takes the cake. After 4-5 times of them getting my order wrong, I head on over there for my morning disappointment and order one Bacon, egg, and cheese combo and one egg and cheese combo. Priscilla, the manager, is taking my order being moderately rude at the intercom but Ive come to expect that from this location. I get to the window and Ashley reads my order back to me. Of course, it's wrong as she reads back an Egg biscuit. I let her know it's supposed to be an egg and cheese and she yells it back to the cooks. Get the food and I have an Egg biscuit. Ashley comes back and I let her know, I see her go talk to Priscilla, the manager, and Priscilla proceeds to aggressively point at me several times. Ashley comes back and profusely apologizes, and lets me know it'll be $.55. At this point I'm confused and ask her why and she says Priscilla said I had to pay the difference. So then I talk to Priscilla, and her massive attitude, and she tells me that she didn't hear Egg and Cheese. She only heard egg. I said well that's fine, but you got it wrong and then I corrected it at the window and it's still wrong. It's not my fault you recorded it wrong and then your employee failed to change the price before ringing me up. She informed me that she can't just, "give her product away", and that I would need to give her the $.55 for the biscuit. I refuse and we continue arguing. Eventually she slams the window, yells "Get them their biscuit and get them out of here!", and storms off. She made the girl get the egg biscuit back from me in exchange for the egg and cheese biscuit. This entire exchange probably took a solid 15 minutes, and there's no telling how many customers in the long line behind me got fed up with the wait and left. After leaving at the last minute a day that I had no planned on leaving for vacation we left for Savannah,Ga. At about 7pm I had to stop for a bite I figure just go threw the drive threw some where and keep on driving . So we get off at Blythewood,SC. Bythewood SC it seems is a pretty small place.... I get off the exit and I see a Hardee's . I am not sure how many of you have eaten at Hardee's but, for a fast food joint they have burgers that are pretty good at least most of them. So..... I see this Hardee's from the looks of it ,it was brand new what with no grease stains on the parking lot from clunker cars and the tiny bit of what you would call grass was green. Not one car in the parking lot behind them was a Mexican Restaurant that had about 30 cars. So I walk in not one person inside now I new it was a new place everything inside was bright with paint . Even the uniform the young lady was wearing could not have been a week old. So I say one $6 Dollar Burger and I will try your "new Chicken tenders" Just have to say that this is Hardees second try that I know of with chicken. There was one just outside of Asheville about 7 years ago that had fried Chicken not sure if that was a test market but, it ended and never saw it again. It was actually pretty good for fast food. Having drinks and chips in the car I open up my Burger and take a bite now please look carefully at the picture what you will see is a slice ? Of Tomato which appears to have a nice core YUM YUMM ! Damm. Now here is the thing if someone puts this slice? of Tomato on a Burger you know they had to have seen the slice so they could give a damm about what "other people eat" I BET THEY WOULD NOT EAT THIS CRAP!. Had I not been in a hurry to get to Savannah I would have walked back inside and thrown it at the person that put that Burger together . Just driving down the highway and decided to stop by Hardee's also know as Carl's Jr. in California. The menu was almost the same, but no turkey burger or all Natural burger on the menu. However the nice lady at the counter indicated that they did have the all natural burger and they could make a couple of them for me. That was nice. Unfortunately there were only 3 employees working. I could tell the drive-up window was really backed-up. Inside, it wasn't to best at all. The guy preparing the food was overwhelmed. My boyfriend saw that they now have a ribeye breakfast sandwich and he was craving it pretty badly during our roadtrip. We searched all over for a Hardee's on our way and finally about 2 hours into our trek we located one. We walked in and the location itself was awesome! Very pretty and clean inside, but the staff were pretty lackluster. We walked up to the register and I felt like we were bothering the lady. She took our order and didn't say thank you, no smiles.. nothing. Ok, maybe she's having a bad day... fine. I can accept that. But, what I can't accept is that we get the order, and my biscuit is burnt! LITERALLY burnt and the eggs are a nice shade of almost green... Now I've read Green eggs and ham several times, but "I do not like them Sam I Am, I do not like Green Eggs and ham..." YUCK. Just like the previous poster said, the problem with all this, is that the person who wrapped up my breakfast HAD TO HAVE SEEN THAT!!!!! But they gave it to me anyways. The Hardee's/Red Burrito is a remodeled store, making it more trendy than the typical Hardee's store in the Carolinas. The location is off the east of Interstate 77, on the right; this location is not really clear to spot because it's a little aback from the main road. At my most recent visit (after 10am), I ordered the country-style steak biscuit with hash round and drink. The steak biscuit and drink (Cherry Coke) was okay, the hash rounds tasted a little stale, but eatable. At this particular time, nearly all tables were a mess; staff at location appeared unconcern about the fact that new guests were wiping off the tables for them so they can actually use them. Restroom was clean and non-smelly. Overall, I gave this location 2 out of 5 stars because I'm comparing it with other Hardee's and the other available choices at this particular location. This location can do better, but it is setup for dealing with quantity, not quality, especially in the morning. read more

I'm not sure what the low review posters are expecting from a fast food restaurant. This Hardee's is relatively new, and it's always clean. The employees have always been fast and courteous, and I come here pretty often. The burgers are a step up from most other fast food places. I also like that I have the option to substitute a turkey patty instead of beef. The sides and other menu items are pretty typical fast food fare. I'm giving it five stars for cleanliness, order accuracy, employee friendliness, speed, and quality of the food. read more

I don't know why I don't go to Hardee's more often. I had an excellent little thick cheeseburger there tonight. Also excellent french fries. And I got senior pricing on my soft drink. Total up the whole package was like $4.75. I'm sure there's not a better meal in Blythewood for that price. Add in the fact that the restrooms were very clean with plenty of paper towels. The restaurant as a whole was clean and they cleaned the entire time I was there. It took a little while but they brought the food to the table and it was all prepared fresh. Overall I think they do a very good job and I'm looking at McDonald's across the street. The food I believe is better at Hardee's. Of course it's fast food so it cannot be better than three stars. read more

Wow! Burger is Great! The chicken tenders are also delicious. THIS is Real Fast Food. Service is quick and helpful, bathrooms are clean and supplied. Dining area is modern and well kept. Typically, the people are nice - but not always. The place is usually clean, other than where the drinks are. The food is usually good, but if you're in a hurry around lunch time it will probably take a while to get your food. They do listen to comments though, and if something goes wrong while you visit, fill out a comment card and it is typically addressed in a timely manner. read more

My stars are strictly for the food and not the service...My Grilled Beef Burrito was on point.. Hot, frsh, and delicious... Unfortunately, the service sucked!! I went through drive thru, and ordered 2 Grilled Beef Burritos, one for me and one for my daughter. For some twisted reason, they decided to squeeze them both into one container... Wow!! Who was the wiz that came up with that idea.... That's like order 2 six piece nuggets, and they put 12 in one box... Then when I asked the cashier to please separate the order because it was for 2 people, her and the black and gold cat that she was wearing on her head, got an attitude lime I inconvenienced her... The worst fast food restaurant in the Columbia area! Every time I come here it takes 15 minutes just for them to take my order at the drive through window and another 15 to 20 minutes for my order to be filled! There is nothing fast about this food! On top of that, the employees at the window are rude and my order is never correct! This Hardee's needs to take some notes from some of the other chain fast food restaurants in the area and offer a better training program or something......... I have been meaning to leave this review for a while. When I step into a fast food restaurant, I expect someone to be behind the register that could care less about what you want, but that was not the case with my visit to this Hardee's. When I walked up to the register, Joel was there with a big smile and asked how he could help me with enthusiasm. It was as if he was glad to see me. After I ordered, he brought my food out to me quickly and, again, with a smile on his face. Then he asked me if there was anything else I needed, which is not something I expect to hear from a fast food server. I was very impressed with the service that Joel provided to me!
