I think the standards for a fast food restaurant are just a little too high (especially the complaint about them not cutting a burger in half for you, LOL). Anyways, we enjoyed our visit to this spot for breakfast on a road trip. Good coffee, good food and friendly service. read more

Wish the review was better Our experience: 1. Food: taste of old, sour cooking oil, the tea was awful!!! It taste very sour like the tea was old and rotten. 2. Service: employees standing around except 2 people - taking to each other. None of our order was ready - we waited for chicken strips, chicken sandwich and fries - we waited a long with a line of 10 or more people waiting on food. 3. It was dirty - with employees standing around - someone could clean. Stop at the pilot and get a bag of cheese-it's and bottle of coke - it would be better read more

Wendy's - Fast Food Near Me - Blythewood, South Carolina

I wish I had checked the rating before stopping here, but I didn't want McDonald's and one of the kids wanted a burger. The bathroom was clean enough, but my feet kept sticking to the floor in the dining room. The person who took my order was nice, but another family with kids who had already ordered waited what seemed like 10 minutes for food. Then, my kid dumped his fries out and I saw a hair in the fry container. So gross. On top of that, my single burger tasted off. Maybe it was the lettuce, but the pickle made my face scrunch up and not because it was sour like you'd expect. I really hope we don't get sick. I'll update if we do. read more

Wendy's - Wendy's Kids' Cheeseburger with French Fries and a hair in the container - Fast Food Near Me - Blythewood, South Carolina

Absolutely disgusting.. a human hair INSIDE my baked potato. Almost never have the lemonade drink I'm looking for. Gave us 2 single sauces for 3 meals even when we asked for extra. Is it possible to leave a zero star review? read more

Just went through the drive through. Order taker kept interrupting and asking"does this complete your order " literally after the first item I ordered. Get to the window to pay and no smile no thank you. Then they practically throw the bags at you. Yeah, next time Chick Fil A. read more

Close enough to the Interstate to make it a fast stop, we popped in for lunch during coronavirus and as such, only went through the drive through. But we're in my daughter's new car and she won't let us eat in the car. More on that later. Drive through went well enough with three sandwiches and nuggets and fries. Around the corner, we pulled it all out of bags and learned that we were missing one medium fries. Yes, they charged us for it and neglected to put it into the bags. The rest of the order was correct. Spicy chicken sandwiches were spicy and assembled properly. Spicy nuggets were spicy but not hot. Fries had the right amount of salt but were also not hot. Overall, this Wendy's could have been better. [Review 14342 overall, 1666 of 2020, number 710 in South Carolina.] read more

For us, personally, regardless of previous reviews, we found the food to be fresh and hot and plentiful! We made a halfway stop from GA to NC in an RV with three small children. The wait time was a bit long, FOR FRESH FOOD! Staff was friendly & establishment clean. I didn't think to take more pictures until I dove in to my never ending salad (after cleaning up after kids). It is in an ideal exit area, I believe exit 27, but don't quote me. read more

I was trying to order and the worker had an attitude with me. I tried to order a 4 for 4 and I asked for a cheeseburger with ketchup and she cut me off to ask me what I wanted for the sauce and drink. I then couldn't hear one of her questions and she repeated it with an attitude in her voice. It was a very weird ordering experience, as I have never had someone be rude to me through an intercom like that. I don't think I'll be coming back to this Wendy's. read more

This was just for some fries. The wife has a had a craving for Wendy's fries for the last 2 weeks. The reason I gave 4 stars is because of the line and the time it took them to clear it. It definitely wasn't fast food but they almost never, as it's difficult to, mess up the food itself. read more

Waited in line for 15 minutes as the first people in the queue, the waited another 10 mins for our food. the lady was nice but seemed to move at an overly sluggish pace and they had a huge backlog of orders but didn't seem to be doing much about it. Pretty terrible experience; it is clearly not well run. read more

It's a no for me. Traveling back home yesterday we opted to stop and grab lunch. It was late afternoon. After sitting in the drive thru and it not moving we opted to go inside and order to go. I decided to use the restroom. There was no toilet paper in the stalls so I was thinking here we go! The place was empty as far as customers. We walked up to the counter to order since the cashier stood there leaned up against the counter and would not make eye contact or even say hello. We ordered and she was rude and looked miserable. We waited for our food and was told majority of the soft drinks we're out. Same for the machine in the dining room. We watched her load food into bags and work the fry station and cash register without her wearing gloves or washing her hands. We got our food and ran as fast as we could out of there. Whatever you do don't stop here. read more

Continues to disappoint. The food is good, as are most Wendy's locations, but they are extremely slow. Sat at the order sign for 15 minutes waiting to order. When I asked how much longer it would be, the cashier was rude. Keep driving past this one. read more

Wendy's is what it is. A freaking Wendy's. Unfortunately this a subpar Wendy's. If you are in store, the cashiers always have a look of sadness. I didn't come into your store for sadness. I came for a good experience. I could understand if you only have a sad day once. But if I come here multiple times within a few months and your aura screams depression, dude, find another job that satisfies you. Don't run your sadness off on me when I showed up to give you MONEY The drive thru ain't that much better. It's luck of the draw of whether you get someone who customer service friendly or not. 2 days ago, I went through the drive thru and the service (2nd window) stopped and had a conversation while holding my food in hand. A WHOLE CONVERSATION!!! I'm irritated and made my mind up that I'm willing to drive to another Wendy's completely out of my way or find a local burger joint to support. They've gotta fix themselves. Thanks and enjoy your day by choice. -Fitz read more

Ok, so my sister and I stopped here on Thursday. Went to the drive through. I had a coupon for a Dave's single, buy one get one. I also had a coupon for a free baconator fry with ANY purchase. The girl at the window had no idea how to use the coupons. So she gave me a total of 14. And some cents, I reminded her that I had the coupons. Then her manager came to help and took two dollars off. She kept my coupon for the Dave's single and charged me 12.96 for the buy one, get one. Now can you explain to me WHEN a single became 12.96?? With my coupons, I should have had to pay for ONE single. If y'all do not want us to use the coupons, quit sending them. If you aren't going to train your employees HOW TO USE THEM, quit sending them. I paid, I left, I won't go back until you can hire smarter employees!! This is ridiculous... read more

I gave this ratings on different occasions during the night shift..the food was cold by the time I made it home and I live less than 5 mins away. Cold food is one thing and customer service is another which is well mannered but I don't like my food being cold. read more

I have been here for my son a bunch of times after school. Their menu pricing is wrong they charge more than advertised and never have healthy apple bites because the margins are less. Horrible service at window and the manager needs to get with the program! read more

When I went into the restaurant, I was the only one in line, and one other person was waiting on her food. Several workers saw me, no one acknowledged me. Finally, the front person asked for my order, never smiling, and actually spoke to me rudely. I had to ask her repeat things because she never looked at me when speaking. I went over to get our drinks and there were no napkins, and the straw packages were wet, near the machine. When my order was given to me, I asked for napkins and was given two generic household napkins, like you buy in Walmart for your house. Politely, I asked for two more, saying this would not be enough. She handed me one more and said, "That's all we have." I stepped back and said, "Are you guys okay? This has been the worst service I have ever received at a Wendy's." It was met with grunts of disapproval, and I left. Got out to the car and guess what? Food was all wrong, fries were cold, and I had fries inside the package, where the burger was wrapped. I went in and asked for a refund. Mgr never apologized or asked me if she could fix the issue. And these workers want $15 per hour? Please send training and supplies. This store needs it. read more

I hate leaving bad reviews... but I took a bite of my fries and they tasted like some sort of cleaner. Maybe it got sprayed next to them? This is the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. They are giving out free food and larger fried and only one person covering front. The dining area is a wreck no ketchup and trash over flowing. This is a very nice Wendy's, about as good as it gets in the area. The service is fast and the people are ehh..okay. Thats where they lost a star. I ordered my sandwich with only bacon. Pulled off of 77 for a quick bite of lunch and sat in the drive-thru line for at least 20 minutes!!! The food was okay, but the service was so slow and it put us late getting to our destination. Terrible, terrible customer service! Rude! Just a horrible experience! Made me lose my appetite! The lady who took my order was huffing and puffing because I needed a moment and then when I ordered my food she told me to move up to the window before I could even order my children's' meals. The man at the window was so frustrated by the way he was being spoken to inside( I could hear him being yelled at). The fries weren't cooked all the way through and I didn't get my drink.. but I was not going inside to get it!! All around BAD!! Avoid this place of business read more
