I wish I had checked the rating before stopping here, but I didn't want McDonald's and one of the kids wanted a burger. The bathroom was clean enough, but my feet kept sticking to the floor in the dining room. The person who took my order was nice, but another family with kids who had already ordered waited what seemed like 10 minutes for food. Then, my kid dumped his fries out and I saw a hair in the fry container. So gross. On top of that, my single burger tasted off. Close enough to the Interstate to make it a fast stop, we popped in for lunch during coronavirus and as such, only went through the drive through. But we're in my daughter's new car and she won't let us eat in the car. More on that later. Drive through went well enough with three sandwiches and nuggets and fries. Around the corner, we pulled it all out of bags and learned that we were missing one medium fries. Yes, they charged us for it and neglected to put it into the bags. I was trying to order and the worker had an attitude with me. I tried to order a 4 for 4 and I asked for a cheeseburger with ketchup and she cut me off to ask me what I wanted for the sauce and drink. I then couldn't hear one of her questions and she repeated it with an attitude in her voice. For us, personally, regardless of previous reviews, we found the food to be fresh and hot and plentiful! We made a halfway stop from GA to NC in an RV with three small children. The wait time was a bit long, FOR FRESH FOOD! Staff was friendly & establishment clean. I didn't think to take more pictures until I dove in to my never ending salad (after cleaning up after kids). It's a no for me. Traveling back home yesterday we opted to stop and grab lunch. It was late afternoon. After sitting in the drive thru and it not moving we opted to go inside and order to go. I decided to use the restroom. There was no toilet paper in the stalls so I was thinking here we go! The place was empty as far as customers. We walked up to the counter to order since the cashier stood there leaned up against the counter and would not make eye contact or even say hello. We ordered and she was rude and looked miserable. We waited for our food and was told majority of the soft drinks we're out. Same for the machine in the dining room. We watched her load food into bags and work the fry station and cash register without her wearing gloves or washing her hands. We got our food and ran as fast as we could out of there. Ok, so my sister and I stopped here on Thursday. Went to the drive through. I had a coupon for a Dave's single, buy one get one. I also had a coupon for a free baconator fry with ANY purchase. The girl at the window had no idea how to use the coupons. So she gave me a total of 14. And some cents, I reminded her that I had the coupons. Then her manager came to help and took two dollars off. She kept my coupon for the Dave's single and charged me 12.96 for the buy one, get one. Now can you explain to me WHEN a single became 12.96?? With my coupons, I should have had to pay for ONE single. If y'all do not want us to use the coupons, quit sending them. When I went into the restaurant, I was the only one in line, and one other person was waiting on her food. Several workers saw me, no one acknowledged me. Finally, the front person asked for my order, never smiling, and actually spoke to me rudely. I had to ask her repeat things because she never looked at me when speaking. I went over to get our drinks and there were no napkins, and the straw packages were wet, near the machine. When my order was given to me, I asked for napkins and was given two generic household napkins, like you buy in Walmart for your house. Politely, I asked for two more, saying this would not be enough. She handed me one more and said, "That's all we have." I stepped back and said, "Are you guys okay? This has been the worst service I have ever received at a Wendy's." It was met with grunts of disapproval, and I left. Got out to the car and guess what? Food was all wrong, fries were cold, and I had fries inside the package, where the burger was wrapped. I went in and asked for a refund. Mgr never apologized or asked me if she could fix the issue.
