After circling the parking lot, there were 3 cars ahead of us, which was not fair. Second, get cashiers that can smile, respond to comments, etc. Also see if you can help the only one at the counter waiting at 12:04pm on a Wednesday with in 5 minutes. Obviously I beat lunch crowd. Third, I used to could substitute the Texas toast for extra fries, not anymore, so one piece of toast in trash. Sorry, but I don't like to throw away food and seems it'd be better served to someone who wants it? Fourth, has the chicken always been chewy/rubbery? On the good side, the chicken was VERY hot. The fries were hot and seasoned very well, almost to much, but I enjoyed. And then the sweet tea, very good. Was my experience a one off? Don't know. She asked me a question and before I could say one work she interrupted me and said can she talk like I was in the wrong and she deserved the stage. Blew my mind I was talked to like I was a child when I'm 34 years old and don't try to case any problems with no one and I'm always respectful.
