If I could give this place 0 stars, I absolutely would. I…read moredon't usually leave reviews, but this Dairy Queen experience was beyond frustrating. First of all -- it's Dairy Queen, the name says it all. So why on earth are you even open if you're refusing to serve ice cream? That's literally the main reason people come here. No explanation, no apology, just a flat-out "we're not serving ice cream" like it was no big deal. Total joke. And to make it worse, last night we showed up well before closing time -- and the doors were already locked. We could see people inside, lights on, clearly still there. But they deliberately waited until the clock hit 10:00 PM just so they could ignore us and say they were closed. It's painfully obvious the staff just didn't want to serve anyone else and were hoping we'd go away. Super lazy and disrespectful. This location is an embarrassment to the DQ name. If you don't want to serve customers, don't advertise that you're open. If you're an ice cream shop that doesn't serve ice cream, maybe close up and let someone else run it right. Absolutely not going back -- and I'd recommend everyone else avoid it too.

Set in line at the drive thru for over 10 minutes to get to the window and find the employees…read morelaughing and joking around while the line was five cars deep behind me still. All I ordered was two ice cream cones. The employee had the cones in his hands talking with the other employees. Knocked on the window and got a "dude no need to to knock on the winder." I asked if they could speed up the process and for the manager. Well the manager was the one doing the joking and he proceeded to tell me the employee was prepairing my food. Two ice cream cones was all I ordered and he had them in his hands. "Have a nice day," and he closed the window. What have we gotten to in this world today. $4.22 for a couple of cones and a 10 minute wait while the manager was doing his stand-up routine for the employees and I am the problem.

Where to begin. We can start with my first impression while walking in. The staff was complaining…read morethat they were rated low in customer satisfaction either for that area or the whole states based on what we experienced. I order a basic super nachos and two bean burritos and tater rounds. While waiting for my food I went and grabbed my ketchup and hot sauce. The ketchup packs were all sticky and just nasty. You had to physically pull them apart due to the stickiness. This was not just one but the whole container. They need to clean that and change out the packs. The food took about 10 minutes. Kinda slow but was willing to let that slide as long as it was good. The crew while making the food was too distracted having conversations about random things than providing service to the customers. I understand chit chat but when it is loud enough for customers. The manager was barking random orders at her crew which did not make them work any more efficient. Enough on that topic now for the food. Two burritos had stale tortillas and were cold. The beans were also cold and lacking beans. It looked like we are in the Great Depression and had to ration. It is hard to mess up beans in a tortilla but they were able to do it. Did I mention my feet sticky to the floor? Seems to be a theme of stickiness in the restaurant. Now super nachos. Not super and barley nachos. If you like your nachos lacking everything that makes nachos good then this is the place. Very little meat, small about of cheese and soggy chips that equates to about 10 made up this "super nachos". Mr Taco John did not want you to be sad when you are in his restaurants but that was my emotion. Sad and hungry since my main meal was just bad. The tater rounds were potatoes and fried so they got that right. I would suggest train the staff in cleanliness of the restaurant and keep personal and non professional conversations to a minimum when customers are in ear distance.
