Terrible food terrible service. There could be zero people in line and all you could order is a drink. Your drink will not be ready when you get to the window and the person standing there will not acknowledge you. This area needs to be gentrified. The businesses suck and the residents don't care enough to fight it. Update: this dump got shut down right before Christmas. Hopefully they fix their attitudes because there aren't many places left that'll let you act like this without firing you. read more

I recently moved about 10 minutes from this location so I decided on a Saturday morning that I wanted to taste the nostalgia of a Hardee's biscuit. Went to the drive thru and felt rushed to order so I settled on a chicken biscuit meal, with hash brown rounds and coffee. I also added a cinnamon roll. Got to the window and idk if it was the employee or inside the restaurant but I I smelled a strong smell of cigarette smoke which made me nervous. Got my food, drove off and decided to eat my food in the parking lot. The Good: even though it wasn't pretty, the chicken biscuit was really good, hot and juicy! That's it for the good. The Bad: hash brown rounds were fried hard and they were so crunchy I couldn't taste any potato. The coffee had to be the worst fast food coffee I've ever had. Watered down and flavorless. The cinnamon roll, chile they could have kept that! Disgusting and hard. I'll probably never eat at this location again. read more

I went to Hardee's about 930 am hwy 138 Conyers Ga, and was cussed out at the drive thru. Because I questioned the price. She had to have mental problems. I was called all kind of SOB and MF, I asked to speak to a manager, the employees were frightened. And refused to tell me her name. The restaurant was full, the per samethaia (not sure if this is her name, said she was the manager and continued to hurl profanity. Something needs to be done. read more

This store is right around the corner from my house. I've been here tons of times. A couple good visits and a few bad. I decided to write a review on today's visit. Hardee's has really good biscuits and breakfast overall. That's the only thing I come for. I've had other items on their lunch/dinner menu. Nothing great. I pulled up in drivethru at 7:23 am. The line was wrapped around the building. Breakfast ordered: I ordered a bacon egg n cheese combo w extra cheese and a country steak combo w cheese that came to $16.91. Yeah thats what I said...but I am happy to report they remembered to put cheese on my steak biscuit and extra cheese on the BEC biscuit (insert confetti). I'm embarrassed to admit I bought a slice of cheese from my house in case they didn't put cheese on the steak biscuit. Don't judge me. Service: levay (sp) Took my order and she was sooooo sweet and nice. I wish every cashier I met had her attitude. This visit was a great visit. I left at 7:39. I think that's pretty good for a line wrapped around the read more

I went to Hardee's specifically to try their new plant-based Thickburger patty and was completely surprised by the flavor. This is the best plant-based patty I've tried. I'm usually not a huge fan, nor do I frequent Hardee's at all. It tastes like real meat, it's still juicy like they claim, and it didn't take long inside the establishment even though they were understaffed and currently hiring. If there was a Hardee's closer to my house, I'd definitely frequent more often for a meatless patty. They also have the patty on breakfast sandwiches so you can try to be healthier in your mornings, too. The building was clean, the staff was polite, and there's even a cute patio section to eat at if you like to eat outside on a nice day. read more

I came to this restaurant just today around 11:20am to pick up an Uber eats order. The door was locked, the lady told me to travel around. I drove around to the window and told her I have an Uber eats order, she told me I had to order at the speaker, i drive backwards (good thing no one else was in line) and I told her on speaker I was picking up an Uber eats order, she told me to drive to the window (like really? I already came to the window). I get to the window again and she tells me that someone already picked up the order. Lol I told her you couldn't tell me that the first time I came to the window or have come to the door. She tells me that she didn't know what I came there for although I told her in the beginning. Lol people! read more

The store at 2500 Wilde Lake Blvd, Pensacola, FL 32526 has the most un-educated and rude employees. I attempted to contact customer service, but they are no longer speaking to their customers. Had to go online and fill out a chat box and then was advised they would review my chat and if "They" feel it is deserving, they will contact me within three days. I have never gone to a place and was screamed at by the assistant manager because "They" messed up my order for "Butter" biscuits. They messed up my order for "Butter" biscuits again today and the lady that was the assistant manager that fussed at me the first time, is now the general manager. And they still no not know how to make a "Butter" biscuit. My grandson loves their biscuits so we went there 3 to 4 times a week when taking him to school. We will not go back there again. As a loyal customer, I will go somewhere they can put butter on my "Butter" biscuit and treat me with the respect I give them. Sent 1m ago Write to Hardee's read more

I went to this Hardee's just now. I rarely ever go to Hardee's so I don't know their menu. There was a sign on the window that said something about sausage and egg bogo. When I got to the menu sign before the actual drive-thru sign, it was set on lunch and dinner menu, so I could not figure out what I wanted. Once I pulled up, I was looking for the BOGO deal on the menu. It was not there. The lady who took my order asked me what I wanted. I asked her what the BOGO deal was. She sighed and took about 30 seconds to come back and ask me what I wanted again. I asked her what the BOGO deal was. with an attitude she said it's buy one get one sausage egg biscuit. I said okay well let me get that. Then I heard her on the mic talking to another worker saying "It is on the sign, he ain't reading... Sh!t that's why he ain't seeing it." She was very unprofessional. The cashier's name was Angela. read more

I have been an Atlanta resident since 1982. I have been a Hardee's fan ever since and even worked at one in Chamblee in high school. This location on Bouldercrest has finally done what I thought was impossible . I will never ever eat from them again. During the pandemic I have ordered from them maybe four times including this morning for delivery. They take forever and every time the order has been wayyyy wrong. Today I ordered 4 Biscuits and a burrito and got two of the wrong biscuits. I mean not even close. If it was an isolated experience I could be lenient. But how can every order be delayed AND wrong!?? Done. read more

No need to write a long a review because I don't really have any complaints and hey -it's Hardees... The food comes out fast, hot and tasty, and the employees are always nice and professional. Thank god they went back to the original chicken finger recipe because they are delicious. It gets really busy on Sunday mornings with the church crowd that comes through. Last time I was in line I heard interesting conversations. I especially liked the conversation of the two older men in line talking about watching their diets because of suffering from a stoke and diabetes......all while waiting to order their steak and gravy biscuits.... read more

This Hardee's is on the route I take occasionally going to work. If I'm too lazy to make breakfast then I usually will stop here to get it. The employees are usually nice with the occasional attitude but overall they do pretty well with customer service. This morning, the lady at the drive thru window told me good morning & asked how I was doing, gave me my food, and then rolled her eyes at me when I asked her for ketchup for my hashbrowns & jam for my biscuits. She kindly got it for me afterwards tho. Like I didn't know how to feel. It made me laugh tho lol. They are always fast also. read more

Absolutely Horrible! Got 2 meals, Chicken Sandwich with only chicken and mayo on it. And a Ham & Cheese Sandwich, and a chocolate milkshake. Got to the window and was about to hand over the card, and they said their card machine didn't work. So we payed cash, then they said that the Milkshake machine was down. They said pull ahead and wait for our food. So we did. 20 minutes go bye. They come to our window and ask to see our receipt so we showed. 10 mins go bye. And they finally got our food. And the chicken sandwich had tomatoes and lettuce. And the Union Rings were burnt. Worst service I've ever had! 45 at a fast food restaurant. Dickheads. read more

I ordered online and showed proof of my order and was denied my food or a refund from the store. The manager Jennifer was rude and said that because there system down she could do nothing, even after I showed her my confirmation email and screenshot. The inside was not open and I had to stand in the drive thru which is hazardous and could've been hit by a driver. Previous to that I tried to go inside and the manager looked me from inside the establishment and didn't acknowledge my presence. She was dismissive to issue and said I need to take it up with whoever I ordered my food through even though it was from their corporate website. I believe the appropriate solution would have to been fo prepare the order and give me my food. But instead I spent 15 minutes arguing with the manager who was hostile and lacked any care for my concern. This experience was terrible and I drove 20 minutes just to get there and be robbed and deemed liar. read more

Every time I go to the Hardee's located on 3062 anvil block rd, ellenwood, ga 30294 they get my order completely wrong. This is not professional and downright dangerous! I asked for a pork chop and gravy biscuit combo and received a chicken biscuit. Not only have I not received what I paid for but also what if I had health issues that would be detrimental in eating this. How do you mistake the word pork chop and gravy for chicken biscuit? This is unacceptable for a business to continue to do this! read more

Horrible service at this location which is a shame as the food is very good but constantly getting orders wrong, drive thru waits 20-25 minutes every time whether they are busy or not. If the food wasn't good I'd give it a 1 star. Just awful to wait do long for food & many times get back to work only to find they got the order wrong. Get some good employees that give a crap about what they are doing!!!!! And by the way, masks do no good if they are hanging off of your chin & not covering your mouth & nose. read more

I started coming to this Hardees back in 2013. I used to work up the street from here. And going back, even occasionally, I have ALWAYS gotten great service and hot food. Stopped in to pick up a chicken and egg biscuit. Order came up quickly. Asked the cashier for strawberry jelly and his reply was "Thank you, have a great day." I repeated my request and once again he replied, "Thank you, have a great day." At that point, I just looked in the bag and noticed that there was already jelly in the bag. Not sure why the cashier couldn't just tell me that but I guess that kind of customer service just comes with the territory on this side of town. Regardless, my biscuit was tasty, although the egg was paper thin. Most likely, I will return if I'm on that side of town since this is one of the last Hardee locations remaining in the city of Atlanta. read more

This restaurant is HORRIBLE!! I ordered and a chicken tenders combo on 10/20/2018 using drive thru around 6:30pm. I placed my order drove around gave the person at the window my card. She seemed to have some difficulty but got it processed. She went and grabbed my food and gave me the bag. I tasted on of the fries and it tasted terrible. I chewed it and had to remove it from my mouth that is how bad it tasted. I was still waiting for my drink and card. When she came back to the window I asked for fresh fries because the fries tasted horrible. I returned the back with the fries and chicken to her. She left the window. Another lady came to the window, gave me my card and receipt and asked that I pull up to wait for fresh fries. I pulled up and waited at the side door. 5 minutes later a young black lady came to my driver door and said Are you the person that threw fries at my workers. I was like excuse me? I am waiting for my order and requested fresh fries but I did not throw anything at anyone. She said that she would go back inside to get to the bottom of the problem. After about 2 minutes, I went in to see what the issue was. The totally rude manager stated that her 2 workers said that I threw fries at them. I again stated that it was 100 hundred percent not true. She says that she would refund my money and I could call the corporate office and they would pull the camera. If what I said was true I could have a free meal but for now I was not allowed back in the store because she must support her workers. I was standing there dumb founded. I stopped to get a cheap meal and was totally being accused of something that did not happen. The beauty is that I have a dash camera that recorded the entire interaction. I was able to show it to the manager and her only comment was that people have different interpretation of things. Somehow me requesting fresh fries was interpreted as throwing fries that was in the Hardees Bag. I drive thru worker is now in the Lobby and she is just being very loud and making insane comments about not being scared of anyone....curse..curse..etc. She is totally talking to herself because I am only talking to the manager. The manager gives me the free meal that I give to a homeless person because I will never eat or spend my money at this business again. I have never been treated so disrespectfully at a place of business and I hope to never again. I am clueless why the worker stated that I threw fries at her because it never happened and I thankfully have the video to prove it. Second the manager is so unprofessional to come to my car saying that I did something that never happened. Did not introduce herself and was very combative. I truly hope that no one else have had to endure this treatment at this restaurant but I am so thankful that I have my Dash Cam show my actions.
