We were tremendously excited since we LOVE small family businesses. So we went in to try them out. Their offerings were very interesting. Never seen a BBQ gyro or a Philly Cheesesteak gyro, but I'm totally down for new and interesting. We also ordered the dolma (grape leaves as he called them) and two drinks... We are not used to humidity (being former desert dwellers) so this oppressive atmosphere is stifling. This place offers real lemonade, mango juice, and strawberry juice, AMAZING CURES for terribly hot sticky days! The food was delicious! I'm a real fan of both Philly and BBQ gyros, especially when you combine them with a gyro topping selection akin style to your typical sandwich restaurant (pick toppings for him to put on your gyro) which are very tasty. The rice was good, the pita bread was good, and the drinks were the best! The owner told me they have only been open 7 months, and I hope he can stick with it and stay open for MANY more to come.
