I thought he was a reputable business and paid it over the next year. After 3 years of constantly asking when my vehicle would be done, I finally went and picked up my truck. In 3 years, Kruse had only had the truck taken apart and sanded. No paint, no body work, no interior, no new parts he said he was going to order. Then he charged me $13,000 for that, and only said I paid $15,000, despite having receipts and proof for the full amount. On top of that many parts from the truck were missing, a hood, extra doors, side mirrors and he never returned any of them. His secretary was exceptionally rude as I picked up the extra parts. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau, which would do nothing but allow him to lie about me, saying I never paid on time or I changed my mind all of the time, none of which is true. Meanwhile I have had to go into debt to finish my truck because he has yet to pay ANY of the money back. Albert Kruse is a crook and a liar.

I had no idea how or where to even begin to get this fixed. I was recommended this business and showed up to get an estimate. Google said they closes at 5:30 but the door said 5. I was there at 4:50. Expecting to be asked to return at a different date they gladly let me show them the problem and they proceeded to fix it, rather quickly. Above and beyond kindness and customer service is what I received at the end of a long work day and if that is the indicator of some quality folks and a quality business. I hope I don't need them but if I do I know where to go because they have more than earned my trust and any future business I may have.

Of course I would want the top to be replaced if necessary. It also was Never explained to me that without replacement it would not look new - conversation absolutely NEVER happened. Yes, minor scratches that Collision Center caused were buffed out. The major deep scratches on my door that CC caused were not buffed out because the shop scratched too deep. It was Collision Center choice to not replace the roof of my car and Collision Center choice to not repair the damage to my door that occurred at their shop.
