My son spent the better part Memorial Day speaking with Jenny O , he had gone through the application process and was waiting for a call from Jenny O with the exact payment and interest rate .... details of the loan etc . The call NEVER came . We were getting ready to head down to purchase the car at 9:30 am this morning . She SOLD the car with no word back ! Common decency would have been her explaining that she had another buyer Interested and the car may be sold to the other buyer . When I called this morning her attitude was " sorry for your luck " she said she was the only manager there then proceeds to all of a sudden find another " manager " for me to speak to " Amir " who had the same attitude. We have three other family members in the market for a car that were also going to check the lot out as well . I would NEVER EVER recommend this " car lot " . I've bought several cars and have NEVER experienced " service " this awful ! ZERO stars !!!!!

I purchased a 2022 Dodge Challenger from this dealership and I did it from out of state without even meeting Tony Roy in person. He is an Epic Sales person by the way. Very easy to deal with and just a fun guy. He even responded when the dealership was still closed or he wasn't working. I deal with salespeople for my line of work all day long and he is one of the good ones. Negotiated a fair price for the car they had and got a fair financing deal as well. Every phone call or text was returned and he even checked in twice after the sale to make sure I was happy with my purchase. So, we are at a crossroads spend a bunch more money or junk the car. Excuse was the mechanic was in county jail so they could not find out what was done. The truck came back with a rear main seal leak after they replaced the transmission, and they could not adjust the shift cable. I took it to the ford dealer, and they had to replace the entire shift unit that Budget supposedly replaced now vehicle shifts properly but the transmission had to be taken out again. I have purchased many cars from Bob over the years and have always been happy. The new owners don't have a clue. I look forward to seeing the next owners.

Horrible company, had my jeep that they sold me for over 6 months and could not complete the job…read more John Filmore sold me the jeep way over priced and faulty with a warranty that they used to attempt to fix it but ultimately do not have any skilled enough mechanics to be able to complete the job correctly. They do not communicate efficiently with their customers and they do not keep their word. After taking my car to Addams jeep I found that it would take $9,000 to get my jeep in working order. Their staff seems to be all unskilled people who like to pretend like they have a clue. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS MEVHANIC TO MY WORSE ENEMY. Karma is real! Very next day after bringing it home check engine came on reading multiple different codes including but not limited to catalytic converters and O2 sensors.. took it back to them and they so called fixed it couple of days later check engine light came on again for other reasons.. I ended up taking my truck back there about 3 to 4 times to get "fixed". Fast forward to 3 months after having my truck it is already needing a new transmission and my head gasket is blown. I will never understand how it passed MD state inspection with all of the issues I have had since I've gotten it.

Leaving my car is tough to do when you don't live in this state and just passing through, as I explained to them. Regardless, leave the car they said. I just wanted at minimum a diagnostic. Hook it up to the machine. Perhaps it's maybe something stupid I can resolve. Classless. I hope our Mazda dealers in Florida don't treat you the same way. They shouldn't. The cost of such repairs? 5,400$. When I pressed on if that was really needed, the guy just said yes, there's no other option. Well I've gotten a second opinion from another car repair shop and they said that was complete garbage and they're trying to pull one over on me. I wasted 140$ on 2 hours of diagnostics with almost zero customer service and a bad service plan which would cause me to throw my money down the drain. I am never coming back here!
