Originally found this place on yelp, but there weren't many pictures and very few reviews, but we gave it a try nonetheless. And we were so glad we did!!! We started with their East Coast Seafood Chowder and their Crisp Salt & Pepper Squid. Both were absolutely amazing and probably one of the best meals we had in all our 10 days traveling throughout all of Ireland. We then had their Hot Sauce Prawn Linguine, which did not disappoint. It was very flavorful and a sizable portion. After the main course, we moved on to dessert. We had the sticky toffee pudding and an Irish coffee. It to was excellent! If you're looking for an authentic small town Irish pub experience, this is the place to do it. Drinks are average like most other bars. Food not the best, . We found a lot of flies in the restaurant area. Service was ok. Not rushing back anytime soon. read more

Love this lil gem. My overseas flight was cancelled due to some technical error, so after a harrowing morning of rushing and rebooking, stopping by this seaside locale imbued a sense of calm. The hot wings are delicious, and I eat a lot of them. Like...every day for weeks at a time, so my point comes with a wealth of experience. Wifi is fast, so I could work on my computer to change my reservations for Airbnb's and car rental at my destination. Only downside? The latte wasn't necessarily cafe level (more coffee-like) but hey, what was I expecting from a bar? Overall, I'm entering this into yelp so I can remember to come back here when I return to Ireland. read more

Enjoyed an excellent dinner here comprising of an 18oz t-bone steak on the stone with 3 sauces and fries. Service was fast, the Gunness was perfect and prices were very reasonable. Staff were friendly and the atmosphere was good Would definitely visit again the next time I'm in the Rush area. read more

We loved the Harbour Bar in Rush. We liked it so well we went back two nights in a row! It is busy so make a reservation to make sure you will get a table. read more
