I called and spoke with Coleen (who signs their e-mails as Tracy, for some unknown reason). She said the reservation fee was non-refundable. What a poor way to do business. I would NOT recommend this park, because if you have a family emergency, say good-bye to YOUR money!!

As a Hispanic family traveling we were very disappointed with how we were treated during our stay…read more From the moment we checked in until the day we left, we felt unwelcome and discriminated against. The older woman and man at check-in were rude to us, and throughout our stay we were repeatedly met with dirty looks and cold behavior. On our last day, after we had already packed up our campsite we stopped in to grab a quick bite to eat before leaving town. Instead of being treated kindly we were greeted with a stern and rude "When are you leaving?" The entire experience was very discouraging and uncomfortable. We did not feel respected or welcomed, and unfortunately we would not stay here again.

It was easy to find. 5 stars. 2. Parking. There is sufficient parking. The parking lot is easy to get in and out. 5 stars. 3. Appearance of Hotel. It is a standard 2-story Inn. Room was nice and it was clean. When we opened the door in the morning, we were greeted by a bunch (I mean a lot) of dead crickets and grasshoppers and many still alive. There was a definite pesticide smell so someone obviously sprayed or I suspect we would have been fighting thru the insects. 3 stars 4. Friendliness of staff. I think it's a husband and wife who manage the Inn. The man wasn't too friendly when we checked in but was friendlier the next morning. The woman was friendly from the get-go! 4 stars. 5. Speed of Check-in. There was no wait and plenty of rooms available. There was no AAA or military discount; $84 +taxes for one night. 3 stars 6. Quality of Continental Breakfast. Standard continental breakfast available: hard boiled eggs, waffles (no breakfast meat) toast, muffins, bagels, cold cereals, hot oatmeal, coffees, hot tea, apple and orange juices. There was no yogurt or ice water, which I would have liked available. 4 stars. 7. Ice Machine. The first floor ice machine was in the corridor in an open area (no room key needed). 5 stars. Overall rating 3 stars. We would not stop here again unless we had no other hotel available. We sincerely appreciate the hotels who provide the military a discount!

Our site had full hook up and was adequately graveled & fairly level. The site was clean & maintained with a nice concrete picnic table set on a concrete slab under a shelter. We even got 4 over the air TV channels. One, a local CBS station. A nice, quiet area. I would have enjoyed several days!
