Clean, comfortable, quiet and a very rustic feel the owners have done a great job on the place. Gary and Paula, the managers, did a great job of making us feel at home. There isn't much around. We brought dinner with us (micro wave in room) and enjoyed dinner with a view after a nice swim in the pool. One thing that is not mentioned on their web site is that the room are adjoining, which is perfect if you have kids. Next time I'm going have to you the bbq area. It looked fun. Enjoy you stay!

You have the option of renting one room at a time or the whole thing, depending on how large of a group you have. Each has its own bathroom and access to the common living area (which is super cozy and great for just hanging out- we escaped a rainstorm in here our first night!) The Chaparrel Ranch has free range chickens and ducks as well as a pen of goats. You may also encounter the steer that roam the surrounding pastures. You could park a golf cart in side and still have room to maneuver. Great for ADA accessibility. It was like two rooms in one. There is a Curtin to help isolate the bedroom area from the sleeper couch. Since this is a suite you have a full kitchenette with a full size fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and sink. They provide plates, coffee mugs and silverware. Only thing missing was a stovetop, which is available upon requests for safety. Breakfast available from 6-10. Pool, gym and business center. For the business person that needs to stay somewhere for a few days for business, H2 Suites would be my first choice. The parking lot is well lit. Secure doors for the rooms and plenty of amenities. The hallway floor outside our room looked like somebody had gotten sick on it. The biggest complaint was the breakfast. The coffee machine did not work. There was no pot of coffee available. Not at breakfast nor any other time of day. I mean; coffee! Waffles I can live without but not my cup-of-Joe! All the stuff seemed to be self serve; very little fresh anything. I would definitely return to this location if ever in Brady Texas. Breakfast was good coffee even better it was not from a machine, freshly brewed.
