I have been meaning to write this review since November 2013, I reached out to Shawntay in May/June 2013 I saw a house for sale that she was listed as the agent, she asked was I pre-approve & at the time I was not, she put me in contact with her loan Officer Steve Twyman, he was the best told me EXACTLY what I needed to do & said to call him as soon as I do. I did everything & called him in August, he pre-approved me at the end of Sept. Shawntay took me to look at 2 houses on 10/17, my closing was scheduled for 11/25 & we closed on 11/25 with NO issues. My experience with locating a new residence was absolutely fabulous. I was getting very frustrated with trying to find a new residence until I meet Ms. Hill and her team of real estate professionals.
