His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made such a huge difference and allowed us to fully enjoy every moment of our day. I called the front desk and the staff were able to fit me in for a time slot that had openings. It's been a hot minute since I've been on Long Island; I had forgotten how deep Melville actually was...lol Literally on the border of Nassau and Suffolk. This location had a large parking lot that was shared with the other businesses adjacent. Inside, the courts feel pretty big, with plenty of room on the sides and back to maneuver and run for difficult shots. Court surfaces are smooth and well maintained and the facilities are very clean. Ceiling height was adequate for most lobs to be successful. People I played with were mostly friendly and competitive. One thing I was not expecting was how old the demographic here is; my estimate, the average age in that time slot I played in was 55-60. Nevertheless, this was a nice facility to play at. I don't know if I'll ever go back though because it's so far out of the way coming from Queens.

I haven't been to the batting cages in literally a decade and I was curious to see how I would perform. There are about 10 pitching machines all throwing out pitches from 25-80 mph. The softball throwing machines are located behind the concession booth, while the baseball throwing machines are located directly in front. Aluminum baseball and softball bats are provided throughout the venue as well as batting helmets. You can also bring your own equipment as well as I saw batters using wood baseball bats. I don't really recommend the exact pricing of the tokens, but the more tokens you buy, the more free tokens you get. They also sell snacks such as ice cream and soda at the concession stand where you purchase your tokens. Overall, I definitely recommend this place if you're looking for batting cages in the neighborhood. They also have a mini golf course within the venue.

The staff is warm and inviting, Kelly, the bridal attendant was amazing. She knew what I needed before I knew! They went above and beyond to make our special day beyond perfect. From the first day we stepped into the gorgeous mansion, John made us feel like our day was the most important day. He put our minds at ease with every question or concern we brought to him. Simply put, John is the best. The venue itself is absolutely breathtaking. The grounds are gorgeous, and a fall wedding with the leaves changing made for a beautiful backdrop for our ceremony. The inside is so beautiful, I barely had to add any decor. We were able to add a few touches to make it unique and special for us, but it truly didn't need much at all. The food is amazing!! It's been 2 weeks since our wedding and we're still getting calls and texts about how delicious all the food was!! The variety of foods offered are amazing. There is truly something for everyone, and they were very accommodating for our guests with special dietary needs. One of the things I fell in love with about the Chateau at Coindre Hall is just how unique it is. Very few of our guests had ever been there for an event and everyone was blown away by the beauty and uniqueness of it. Coindre Hall is a true hidden gem on Long Island, and I HIGHLY recommend it to anyone who wants their special day to be unique and feel like the most important day ever. Thank you, John, Lessings, and the entire team at Coindre for the best day ever!!

I attended a bridal shower here in June and it was one of the best if not the best bridal shower I have ever been to, and I have been to many. Everything about this venue was perfect. The parking lot is a bit of a walk to the building, that's the only negative thing I have to say. The place is absolutely beautiful. Wooden structures inside overlooking the boardwalk with large windows, I mean I can't say enough about how beautiful a setting it was. The food for the shower was fantastic. Omelette station, standard brunch fare, all delicious. Tomato, mozzarella and basil, cheese and meat boards, delicious vegetables and fruit, I was wow-ed. The staff was phenomenal, coffee was literally insane. I couldn't believe how good the coffee was so I went up to a worker and asked what they use. He came back and said, "Folgers." I kid you not. I was so embarrassed but also went to Stop and Shop after I left the shower and bought a big thing of Folgers coffee because it's SO DARN GOOD. It was somewhat of a windy day so we stayed inside most of the time except for photos where we went outside onto the boardwalk and had a beautiful view of the beach. I attribute so much of this fantastic shower to the people who put it together as they brought a donut wall and had a make your own flower bouquet station and so on and so forth but the venue itself and the staff and the clean huge bathrooms were a 10/10.
