I had four landscaping contractors came to give an estimate of what I want my yards to look like, each and every one of them gave me a bid that is either outrageously high or crazily low. I was hopeless, then I stumble upon Great NW Landscaping Company. It had zero reviews under its name. That didn't deter me from calling them. After I skim through their before and after pictures, I knew their work is solid. The moment I called and spoke to the owner himself. I was relieved. I had a good sense this is going to be heading to the right direction. Gerardo, the owner, was very informative and reasonable. He is very knowledgeable when it comes down to retaining walls. I would be happy to refer him to my family and friends. Don't take my words for it. Look through MY before and after pictures of our yards and see it for yourself! 5-Star service at a reasonable price. Communication level is superb.

From start to finish, Hieu's attention to detail was fantastic & the project progressed at a good pace. Hieu & crew showed up every day rain or shine until the job was completed, which gave me peace of mind knowing that he was dedicated to finish my project in a timely manner. When we saw the transformation taking place. we came up w/more ideas & added to the project in the middle of it, which he was more than willing to take on. The walkway and stone wall themselves are absolutely stunning & added so much curb appeal to our home. I am totally impressed with his craftsmanship and eye for detail, not to mention he is just a heck of a nice guy! We will definitely hire Hieu again for future landscape projects I highly recommend Hieu and Pacific Landscaping. You won't be disappointed.

Hieu was patient with us as we had tons of questions about what to do and gave us great ideas. The project was done much quicker than we anticipated so we could enjoy our backyard this summer. We ended up with a herringbone paver patio, high quality artificial turf, a pathway on the side yard and a raised bed garden with gravel surrounding. They were the most affordable quote we received, yet the quality of work and customer service was unmatched. Highly recommend!

Start to finish they were professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and pleasant to work with. We had three big pieces of our project that many people we met with would have had to contract out (demo of old concrete and fence and structures, building a poured concrete retaining wall and yard leveling, and building a new cedar slat fence), but Nancy and Dave handled everything and all the work turned out beautifully! Cannot wait for it to be spring and summer - we will be practically living in our new yard.

The last one basically gave up on doing anything with our property for six months, which meant the entire property (multiple buildings with mature trees, hedges, and lawns) was overgrown, weedy and pretty poor-looking when Elite came in. It took them about six months to get everything looking good, but they did it, and have consistently gone over and above to keep our property well-groomed and good looking! They are also excellent with communication, and practice organic landscaping, which was also something we were looking for. We are very happy with Elite, and definitely hope to continue to work with them for a long time to come!

The trees are between our houses, and the disease affects my trees. The rotting lemons are not good for anyone. They wouldn't even call the owners to tell them they should do that because it's good for the trees. They really need it. Hey they could have made more money by showing they know about trees. A good landscaper would have known about the disease. They also left the side of the tree they did trim on our side full and hanging over. So there tree looks real stupid. Every other company that has been hired to trim those trees for the last 35 years has done those things. The guy wasn't a very good spokesperson for there company I hope he wasn't the owner.

He thoroughly dug up our (previously) flooded yard and installed French drains. They also did an incredible job with replacing part of our fence. It even impressed our neighbors and they told us how incredible it looks now. I will absolutely reach out to him for any other yard issues we come across and will be recommending him to everyone I know.

We had a large 1/2 acre project that included mitigations plans with the City and complications of ongoing demolition and construction. Our project had a sloped site and needed fencing, irrigation as well as new landscaping of the entire space. Our request for Kristin was to design a yard with ornamental plantings that would provide blooms from early spring to late fall. Eric's team adjusted to the site challenges, made recommendations when needed and were open to owner changes/add in scope as the project progressed. Kristin and Eric stayed on schedule and on budget from start to finish. We couldn't be happier and strongly recommend Terreworks Landscaping.
