Integrity…read morewill absolutely NOT communicate with the client; my family member is hard of hearing, which Integrity knows, yet their aides will knock softly on the door(obviously Integrity doesn't communicate the clients needs to aide), and my family member doesn't hear them, the aide leaves claiming client 'refused to answer' when how can they if they can't hear the aides knock? And the times and dates are never scheduled around the clients needs, Integrity actually had the nerve to blame the hard of hearing client for their incompetence! And then to make matters worse, Kara the manager will never admit when she or her aides have made a mistake and are very difficult to work with when trying to straighten out problems, their lack of communication makes dealing with them impossible! Kara will even talk over you so you can't ask her any questions when problems arise, and boy this company takes the cake on problems arising because they never coordinate care needs between the client and aides! No effort by Kara to make situations right, she'll just send out another incompetent worker.

I was never given the chance to speak with the Executives per my request. I have now initiated an Investigation against both the Company as well as my previous aide. The nurse who came out twice a week to the aide who assisted my father with bathing 3 times a week were loving, caring people who sincerely cared about what they were doing and cared about my dad at his end of life. I would highly recommend the John Know Hospice program for your loved one at their end of life.
