HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I live out of state & receive routine chiropractic care from another provider however I wanted to continue adjustments while I spent some time in KC visiting family! Cassidy was extremely kind & informative when I first called to schedule an appointment & their schedule is very accommodating! Dr.Dinkle spent some time getting to know me & listening to my goals for my visits! My current Chiropractor has been working with me on my left hip however I also had pain/discomfort in my left knee from a recent yoga injury that I had been ignoring. Without my mentioning , Dr. Dinkle was able to quickly identify both issues with a visual exam!! After a few adjustments the discomfort in my knee was resolved! Dr. Dinkle provides non aggressive yet very effective techniques! I came in during the onset of my 1st trimester of pregnancy & he was very gentle and also considerate of the woman's body by asking for consent before each adjustment & hand placement! Several years ago, my lower back started bothering me. Not super painful, but a nagging ache that was present more often as time went on. Over a five-year period, I went to three orthopedists. The first two took x-rays but found nothing wrong. They thought if I worked on building core strength, this would help. I did core exercises and the ache increased. The third guy gave me a $600 injection which had zero impact. The next step was to deaden the nerve so I wouldn't feel any pain. That was the dumbest thing I ever heard. Let's ignore the real problem and find a band-aid. Then I went to Dr. Dinkel. I showed him the MRI the third guy had me do and he took his own x-rays. He immediately saw why I was having back problems. This was two years ago. I am now on a maintenance plan and the frequency of any back discomfort decreased long ago. If I have occasional discomfort, I do my favorite back stretching exercises and I feel better. I knew nothing about chiropractic care prior to Dr. Dinkel. Wish I had discovered it long ago! I now understand how my spine and nervous system impact me from head to toe. Learning which vertebrae needed adjusting helped explain some other non-back issues I was having. And I love that chiropractic care is all natural and doesn't involve drugs. Dr. Dinkel has helped me with so many other things in my two years seeing him. He had suggested supplements I ought to take. He has answered questions about diet. My ocular migraines have decreased in frequency. With some personal stuff going on, I rarely went to the gym any more. His suggestion got me back to the gym three times a week and working with a personal trainer. He helped me get interested in meditation, which I find so relaxing. And if all this isn't enough, he is one of the nicest and most caring individuals I have ever met! I love my visits to Dr. Dinkel! Dr. Dinkel is amazing. I have had back pain for years. Every other chiropractor I have been to has just forced my body to adjust then sent me in my way. That is not the case here, from the first appointment they made me feel welcome and let me know they are there to help. I have been going to Dr. Dinkel since early 2022 and we have worked through so much. I am a nanny and hard on my body with toting kids around all day. Let me start by saying that if I could give 10 Stars I would. Dr. Dinkel is an outstanding professional who gives the highest level of quality care. His patients come first and he is committed to helping each one of them. A trait that is hard to come by in this day and age of hands off, insurance dictated, liability driven medical care where people are treated like a number. I first saw dr. Dinkel after a hospitalization where multiple professionals and specialists could not figure out why I had numbness, paralysis, and pain in my neck and face. After thousands of dollars on unneeded testing they still were guessing and I was still miserable. Not one of them seem to care to find the reason for the symptoms or to even talk with me about the possibilities. I saw Dr. Dinkel after another trusted professional recommended his office because they had received outstanding care. Ill never forget walking through that door....terrified, exhausted, and almost out of hope....Dr. Dinkel immediately put me at ease. He talked with me in depth, asked questions, listened and spent lots of time discussing the different possibilities/causes for my symptoms. He reassured me that everything would be ok and that he would be able to help me. Within that first consultation he figured out exactly what was going on. He set up a treatment plan....I felt relief immediately and within a few weeks I was back to normal. Every visit I was treated with kindeness and compassion. Every visit I improved. I continue to see Dr. Dinkel for regular Chiropractic maintenance along with my children to help with allergies, asthma, sports injuries, etc. I am extremely particular about health care providers and the services they are offering. It was by chance that I stopped into Dr. Dinkel's office. I had been suffering from some chronic bad back pain for over a year, and I was skeptical that a chiropractor could help. My dentist's office is right next door and after a cleaning I decided to pop in as it wouldn't hurt to get more information. Dr Dinkel took some xrays which clearly showed the problems with my back. He then recommended a plan to get things worked out. I figured it was worth a shot rather than being in pain all the time or not being able to "trust" my back. It took a number of frequent visits, but eventually the pain that I had grown used to started going away and now I'm just on maintenance. That means I go in once every three weeks, and I can always tell when it's time! It is not cheap or immediate therapy, and you shouldn't expect that, but it works. Dr. Dinkel and his staff are always very friendly and accommodating as well. I would recommend him to family and friends without hesitation. read more
