On February 4, 2023 I stopped in to buy two prints that I adored and was very excited about. I wrote the following email to the owner to share my disappointment. I didn't receive a reply or an apology. Dear Sir or Madam, Unfortunately, the gentleman helping me out was rude. I asked about shipping and or extra packaging to protect the prints on the airplane. His response was short and again rude and that he didn't have anything to wrap or protect the prints in. He asked if I still wanted them and I did purchase the prints. I was also not thanked for my purchase. It's now disappointing that I have the memory of two beautiful pictures being tied with the poor customer service I received. I would appreciate an explanation and an apology as to why I was treated in rude manner and not thanked for my $200 purchase. Regards, Jill

Recently when selling some jewelery, we had the ring looked at by a fifth ave. jeweler, and he stated that Bigham's was a good offer...which begs the question! what transpired 3yrs ago in that backroom at Bigham. Tried to discuss the matter with Kathy (the owner) but it appears that either she is not getting the message,or she doesn't care. Recent telephone conversation with Dan did not resolve the matter. Thankfully for the credit card we don't have much room in the suitcases. The stuff on the shelves is a cute mix of vintage and modern and also includes a nice selection of jewelry as well.
