I'll take my hard earned $ to the Ace in Conyers, where they treat people better. I wanted to buy a few power tools for a project. The guy doing inventory in the aisle next to the tools saw me looking, and paid me no mind. I got another guy to help me. They didn't have what I needed in stock. I asked him if he could check another store, and he said I'd have to call myself. WOW. Then I went to check out. One cashier had her head buried in her phone while the other cashier was standing talking to a friend, and ignored me. With all the options available these days, you'd think folks would be treated differently. I guess not. That's sad. Also, why doesn't Ace provide uniforms? It's hard to tell who works there. At least I was greeted when I entered the store. I feel it's really important to support local small businesses, but you need to treat people better than this. I see I'm not the only person who has noticed the treatment when I check the reviews on Google Maps.

In…read morefact, I've added nearly 50 shrubs, trees, flowering & non-flowering plants from Arborvitae, Encore Azaela's, Butterfly Bushes, Landscape Roses, Hosta, Ligustrum, Olive Martini Elaeagnus, Weeping Willow trees & a Tulip Poplar tree. Some were replacements for items that didn't make it over a growing season through Winter into Spring. Over 6 different purchases and corresponding shipments all of my items were sent & delivered promptly, packed professionally while arriving in superb condition. Other dealers failed in what their plants/trees etc. looked like & the condition they were in when they arrived. My purchases from Wilson Bros. Nursery were "farm fresh" with no obvious stress, missing parts or other damage. Their packing was excellent. I haven't had to contact Wilson Bros. for assistance but other nurseries made excuses and didn't wish to pro-actively deal with dying shrubs or improper growth of trees that were properly planted and staked. I keep detailed logs with dates & pictures. In addition, you may think comparative pricing might show similar items more expensive at Wilson Bros. who also offers free shipping on 1 or 100 items ordered. As a business owner I can attest shipping costs go up frequently so sometimes you build those costs into the product price. With plenty of research, trial & error I find Wilson Bros. as the best price to value ratio of anyone I've dealt with. This puts them as my online source for all landscaping needs.

I requested copies multiple times. They did not provide a single photo, screenshot, or document. The customer portal they referenced contained only an invoice and the laptop's serial number. When I asked again for the documentation they claimed existed, the shop refused to send it and insisted they would no longer communicate in writing. They stated that any further discussion must take place only in person, which prevents any verifiable record. At no point did they provide the evidence needed to confirm their claims. My review is based entirely on written communication and the business's refusal to provide the diagnostic documentation they repeatedly referenced.

On November 13, they sent me an email stating that they had run tests but found nothing, and that opening the case was required for further investigation. I had previously opened the laptop case myself without any issues when replacing the battery, following instructions I found on YouTube. I immediately retrieved my laptop from them and, acting on advice I found online, connected it to my smart TV. The image on the television screen did not flicker. The diagnosis took all of three minutes. Subsequently, I purchased a new screen for $150 on Amazon and replaced it myself, again following instructions from YouTube. The gentleman working the desk walked us step by step through placing the order from the size down to the the colors of the siding and roof. We were told between 5-8 weeks and it was delivered in the 6th week. The guys who dropped it off where super nice and helpful. And they were even still nice after I had to call them back and move the shed because I didn't like where my husband had them place it the first time. All in all a great experience. They are not the cheap units you get from the hardware store, but the saying "you get what you pay for" is very true! Would recommend to friends and family.

I went in to purchase lavender plants and waited in a long checkout line. When I got to the register, the plant I selected had been mislabeled. I worked with the cashier to resolve it and, to keep the line moving, I agreed to quickly retrieve the correct item myself. I returned within moments, waited for the current customer to finish, and stepped forward to complete what was clearly a continuation of the same transaction. At that point, I was told to go to the back of the line. I explained that I had already waited and had just been working with the cashier on this exact issue, but I was still refused and dismissed in front of other customers. The experience was embarrassing and honestly very upsetting. I reported it to store management and also through Lowe's Open Door Hotline (case #HRC9013875), but I have not received any meaningful resolution. I'm sharing this because no customer should be treated this way, especially after trying to be considerate of others in line. I hope Lowe's takes this seriously and addresses how situations like this are handled going forward.
