If you want good tools at a good value this is your place. No they don't sell Dewalt or Milwaukee but what they do sell are reasonably priced tools that a regular person can use around the house. If you are a contractor and work with tools all day you will probably look down your nose some of these, but I have found they always met my needs for jobs around the house. And it is great to have a tool available when you need it at a reasonable price. I don't shop anywhere else because I'm just a normal guy, not a professional contractor, but this place fills the bill at the right price. My dad, being the DIY buff, introduced me to this awesome store not long ago. I'm not big on home improvement, building or fixing things but this store has lots of nicely priced, good quality tools and machinery. They have just about everything you can imagine for do-it-yourselfers and outdoor enthusiasts. Woodworking tools, metallurgy tools, outdoor and indoor home decor, some lawn equipment, camping supplies, pet supplies, even stuff for car repairs and shops. There's really something for everybody. They even have this little dress up kits for kids like the police or firefighter except here it's a hard hat and tool belt and the stuff in it looked to be real rather than just toys. I definitely feel like anybody with a penchant for one of the above should check this place out. You might find a new hobby at a great price or find something you never knew existed. read more

Told a customer in front of me to be sure and take the free gift when I saw he was buying two tarps. I had an ad in my phone told the young Hispanic woman at the register "Do you want to scan my phone for the coupon? She shook her head, smiled at the young man and told him he could have it, she didn't scan the product only gave it to him. When it was my turn she barely glanced at my coupon in the phone and shook her head, "That coupon is expired! So... for him it was free for me it wasn't?i didn't make a scene I said "Than I'm not taking anything. She smiled wide and said "Are you sure? I know I should've asked for a manager but that's twice she's done me wrong!! I refused to give up my phone number and have it shouted out loud as she add it in the computer. I'm tired of putting up with lazy people,I bought 2 items online because I live to far away to just drive to the store,but not only did it take to long to get the items,1 Bauer thickness planer,still no extended warranty,1 Benchtop 15amp table saw,which stop right after the 90 day warranty passed,I call many times trying to get a warranty,but still nothing and they told me to bring the saw table back,I did and they said no,so never again will I ever order from Harbor Freight no matter how well their products are,once did it for me.I need a table saw and I got junk,on the warranty I was told if it stops bring it back,REALLY?Every time I did go to the store only a few people there,may they should think this through read more

Bought an HVLP sprayer here yesterday. It didn't work at all. I thinned the paint, used paint straight from the can, changed tips, and it just barely sprayed anything. The lady at the counter had talked me into the "protection plan". So today I brought it back for a refund. Well, I was charged a $20 "restock fee". So beware, they're probably going to put it right back out there. I can't believe they make you pay $20 after they waste your time with a horrible product. Great for a quick fix! Always cheap, & always has something for me! Got to watch out the lower quality things that can pop up. Not that they will be overpriced, but if you need something to have 250lbs torque better make sure it has 250lbs torque. There might be a few items for people who don't need/want that much. It will usually be marked cheaper next to the better item. Customer service sold me last time. I had questions. They did not have answers but found them for me. When item was not what I needed they exchanged it for what I did need. No problem's! read more
