I called ahead to check on an item and was told by a salesperson that they had it in stock and at the sale price. Based on that, I drove an hour to the store. When I arrived, I spoke to the same salesperson and a manager, only to be told they would not honor the price or the commitment made over the phone. This is not just disappointing - it feels deceptive and like a complete disregard for a customer's time and trust. This experience was a major letdown, and I won't be returning to Harbor Freight. read more

Today was a stressful day with buying another property with a leak and fixing things up. Also…read moreerrands around town and I lost my phone. The young lady Taylor from customer service and a gentleman who was up there helped me find it (I didn't get his name or department). He walked around everywhere I had to try and put a new set of eyes on it . Taylor and him were able to locate it and rushed to the parking lot to find me before I left. The two of them went above and beyond and I cannot be more grateful. My phone is a vital tool to our business in town so thank you Home Depot for having such exceptional employees!!
