I took them up on the offer for kitchen cupboard shelf brackets as my cans spontaneously fell and the cupboard opened breaking a jar of gravy last week. I knew the husband wouldn't get to it. The guy led me to the correct bin and found screws which they weighed at the counter. The brass brackets were 94 cents each. They had water all over the floor from a recent rain. Super friendly and helpful. Support small business.

They sell flanges, tiny ones - if you know what those are then you know what kind of store this is. When you need some complex special parts to make that project work this is where you go. They also have a special area of craft soda, super cool. You dont need a reason to go here, you just go to browse and find things you didnt know you needed.

Without his help we would've went home with a faucet that wouldn't have worked with our sink. Not quite helpful enough to walk a complete noob through the process step-by-step, but enough to get somebody on the right path. My favorite part is they don't try to needlessly up-sell the customer. Our experience was very fair and professional, but it was only paint related. I can't speak to their glass.
