We wanted to give them another try, called to get email address, and sent them our list. Did not hear back, so emailed again and got a response saying they were busy and would get to it. A week went by and they evidently never got around to it - called ProBuild in Wheaton, had a price within an hour and ordered the doors.

I took them up on the offer for kitchen cupboard shelf brackets as my cans spontaneously fell and the cupboard opened breaking a jar of gravy last week. I knew the husband wouldn't get to it. The guy led me to the correct bin and found screws which they weighed at the counter. The brass brackets were 94 cents each. They had water all over the floor from a recent rain. Super friendly and helpful. Support small business.

This is half tools, half fasteners & parts and half work clothing. This is the place you buy…read morenails, screws and bolts by the scoop into a bag. They sell flanges, tiny ones - if you know what those are then you know what kind of store this is. When you need some complex special parts to make that project work this is where you go. They also have a special area of craft soda, super cool. You dont need a reason to go here, you just go to browse and find things you didnt know you needed.

We were shopping for a vanity, sink, and faucet and Jeff was a great help! He was very friendly and super knowledgeable - a retired plumber working in the plumbing department, we lucked out! Without his help we would've went home with a faucet that wouldn't have worked with our sink. He helped us find what we needed, took us to the checkout to place an online order and to pay, and found extra help to get everything loaded into our vehicle. Thank you so much, Jeff!! They carry Benjamin Moore paint, have a good selection of samples and finishes, and the staff is…read moremoderately helpful. Not quite helpful enough to walk a complete noob through the process step-by-step, but enough to get somebody on the right path. My favorite part is they don't try to needlessly up-sell the customer. Our experience was very fair and professional, but it was only paint related. I can't speak to their glass.
