Every week I receive a different delivery date further out than the previous one. I've tried contacting the corporate office with no return call. Today 6/15/26, I received a call tell me that now my appliances can't be delivered because they are looking for one but in the same sentence said I would still receive my appliances on 6/19/26. After this experience I can truly say I will no longer order from Lowe's hardware & wouldn't recommend you do it either if you'd like to receive your purchase within a timely manner. This has caused me so much inconvenience. I do not have a fridge to put my food in, Therefore I'm constantly buying ice for a cooler to keep items cool. I also don't have a stove to cook my food therefore having purchase food.

Ordered a new washer and dryer not long ago. Dryer was fine but the washer was badly damaged out of…read morethe box. Returned the washer and they had no replacement in the store. Opted to have one shipped. That washer was also very damaged. Ended up leaving with the floor model that day and many wasted hours. Fast forward a year and we buy a zero turn mower. Within the first 20 days both belts break and there is a fuel/air intrusion issue along with many loose bolts and some not even put on. Customer service is always busy and never any actual help. For any big purchases I advise you to go elsewhere as quality is a big issue and customer service tries to brush everything off to the manufacturers so they don't have to deal with it.

It's the kind we had back when they were experts and you could trust their word even though it wasn't a huge place or fancy. Honestly it was nice to find this store because it's nice to talk to someone who isn't trying to make a sale by ripping me off. They may not have it in stock but they can get anything quickly and with fair prices. I prefer ro support small businesses because years of expertise come with the service instead of a clueless zombie that will give you anything to shut you up and get you to leave. Aside from that, they knocked a chunk of wood out of my deck, scratched the brand new locks I had purchased, busted the trim around the front door and left it without trim, told me and my mom to slam the door to get it to latch, and filled the striker plate holes full of caulk. I called them and twice I was told they would call me back and come out and they were a no show and no call. Now I have to hire someone to fix the doors so I don't have to fight to get them opened and closed and replace the trim they destroyed.
