This is certainly more than a hardware store, offering your standard stuff like hardware (including specialty pieces) and pints, but they also sell work clothing, home decor, seasoning for grilling, and everything in between. The staff is all very friendly, and attentive, quick to help find what you're looking for. My one complaint is their pricing. Though it's convenient and closer than going to the bigger stores, there pricing is very high on a lot of product. Sale items are a little more comparable, but I'll be honest that I think they will have trouble surviving if their pricing structure doesn't get adjusted.

Second impression, second visit, they close at Noon on Saturday. I find this out as I return to pick up my item that I left at "first impression" and walk in at 11:50 to be told, "we're closing." I was only there to Pick up my item! Still couldn't help, as they "had to close" I work 8-6 Mon-Fri, so Saturday's are my only chance to get to this place because they're not open past 6:00, only now to find out they don't want you there even when there's still 10 min left for them to be open, hence you being an inconvenience to them. 3rd impression, I arrive early today, Saturday, well before noon, to only find a sign on the door saying they're Closed due to the 4th of July and won't open again until the 13th. I completely understand people have vacations, but how about you UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE, so customers like me don't have to drive that far only to find out they're closed from a piece of paper. Once I'm able to pick up my item, there won't be another impression. Sadly I was told by others this is how they operate with the attitude and no sense of urgency, but I ignored based on they're the one place around that apparently repair a certain brand. It's like they know this and operate that way. More than frustrated.

Quality Hardware is everything you could ever want in a local hardware store. I've got fond…read morememories of coming here has a child 25 years ago and as a homeowner now, they are still my first choice when I need small hardware items, or when I need good advice. For the size of the store, it is really remarkable how much variety they have crammed in, and the absolutely amazing staff don't hesitate to help you figure out a solution to any problem. I can't tell you the number of times I have walked in with a poorly explained question, or half of a broken piece of something, and they've immediately identified what I needed, showed me where to find it, and explained to me the best way to fix something. For your average 90's kid who is maybe not the best a home repairs, Quality Hardware is constantly the lifesaver I need them to be on small home repairs! For bonus points, you can't forget how wonderful the fresh popped popcorn is. It really lightens up a frustrating unplanned repair to get a bag of delicious, fresh popcorn for less than 50 cents!
