He was super friendly and helpful. Once I got what I was after, I wandered around the store, which was well kept, well stocked, organized and clean. At checkout, Jordan, was friendly and efficient. Overall, solid local Ace Hardware. While I am not in White House too often, when I do find myself in the area and after some hardware related goods, I would definitely swing back through.

Same guy, Raul came back rude & argumentative that I had bought the wrong faucet. Finally when tightened it was as it should've been. He yelled from the kitchen while I was on phone several feet away, "Ma'am I'm done". I gave a thumbs up & told caller I had to go. I hung up & he quickly went out the door. Thinking I could wash dishes, I ran soap & the faucet had NO water- HE FORGOT TO TURN THE WATER BACK ON. I called Lowe's & Sherelle contacted Angi saying they could not come out per Vic on Angi & not able to get anyone to help & unsure of when. Sherelle contacted Lowe's Manager, Terri. The manager has no control of when or if Angi can come. Teri said could not refund the $175 for the installation job. Angi doesn't have any appointments until 3 or 4 days later per Terri. I asked for an URGENT APPOINTMENT to TURN MY WATER BACK ON, but denies her ability to do. Initially this should have been a simple visit for a modern faucet installation.... VERY FRUSTRATING & NOT HELPFUL. DO NOT DO INSTALL (s) at Lowe's that use Angi....NIGHTMARE! Lowe's won't help, because Angi is contracted to do work. Angi allows contractors to decide when & if they choose to help. Obviously, the OUTCOME is POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, had 1/2 day to solve the issue & fix it but... both choose NOT To!

This store recycles donated household goods. Items range from paint cans, small tools, old toilets…read moreand cabinets, to windows, lamps and furniture. They also employ local former inmates who are reintegrating into the community, and these guys need all the help they can get, so this is a good aspect of patronizing the store. The building is new and there is plenty of parking. It is conveniently located, although the hours are a touch limited and vary from day to day. The store employees are friendly and accommodating. On one occasion I returned an item to exchange for one that would fit my needs and the manager approved the exchange despite a store policy that would have otherwise prohibited it. This seems like common sense but, well, it's not the thing you can just expect anymore. I did not give the store a five-star rating because the pricing on many of their items is comparable to new and/or higher quality items. I think the store and the brand would be better served by a pricing policy that rewarded patrons rather than offering a 'hit or miss' gambler's philosophy.
