I popped in on a Saturday afternoon to scope some new running shoes. The store was busy and well staffed, however 9/10 staff members that I encountered on the sales floor never said one thing to me, or even acknowledged me. Normally I get stellar service at DICK'S, but this location seemed a bit off brand. The store was well stocked, clean and in good condition. They definitely take care of it. I did purchase some shoes and the checkout process was pretty seamless and the cashier was friendly. Overall, odd service wise, but other than that it was your standard DICK'S experience. Happily pop back in when needed.

I had to attend to some business calls then I called back they never apologized and when I asked to have the shoes be held he was unsure if they would do that for me I said 1 hour give or take !!! I just picked up shoes I called about and the girl who put me on hold, never said she apologized, never looked at me never acknowledged me. The guy behind the counter, said that the girl said to apologize !!! She could have but she didn't want to help me - the o e shoe wasn't even fake. Off the shelf knowing it was gonna be purchased !!! she clearly does not like white people and for that reason I will never be shopping at Hibbetts again I am not gonna be the victim of racism where I intend to spend money !!! The girl with red hair, short African-American with a nose ring shame on you !!!! and shame on your company for hiring someone like you who would turn away a good customer. Academy Sports is situated on Gallatin Road just beyond or before the Walmart shopping center…read more While I have no certainly loyalty to a big box sporting goods store, I will say that if I had to commit to one, after my recent visit to Academy...it probably would not be them. Popped in on a Saturday morning after shopping online. Figured be best to look in store before purchasing. The store is large and laid out well from a section standpoint. Everything is labeled, easy to find and easy to navigate. The store has seen better days. After walking around, some sections of the store give off "closing" vibes with empty or disheveled shelves and displays, or products on display that definitely need to be replaced. To go along with that, the floors are worn and stained in multiple places, shelving units are in disrepair, ceilings are stained, and more. The store needs some TLC. While I was in store to look at very specific items, I decided to wander the aisles and look for any deals or items of interest. I walked around the store and through each section for over 15 minutes, and passed by no fewer than 12 Associates and not one time was acknowledged or spoken to. Not that I needed help, but it is wild that no one took one moment to greet a customer, not even when I was leaving the store and passed by 4 Associates huddled by the registers. Overall, the store is not a good representation of Academy, or at least the Academy Sports I remember visiting. From condition of the store to service, or lack thereof, this location did not show well. Selection if solid and prices are not the worst, but without that, this would have certainly been a one star review.

He delivered the camper to the campground and was there setting up when we arrived. He provided a quick intro to the workings of the heat/stovetop and refrigerator and we were set! After hiking, we returned to find a record player with records and a flat screen tv and dvd player ready for the evening! The seating areas are easily converted to sleeping space which provided ample room for the 3 of us. Plenty of warm bedding, pillows and towels were provided in the cost of the rental. We didn't utilize the shower, but this camper features a toilet/shower combo that would be perfect for remote campgrounds! We'll most definitely do this again! Ellen W

They had to replace the rear wheel on my bike as they found 8 broken spokes on my old wheel. We test rode our bikes before loading them onto our carrier. I could not believe how smoothly it rolled!!
