Selection was not the best in comparison to other shops we have been too. Prices were average. They did not seem as friendly as we would have hoped. We were Honeymooning in low tourist season. Typically when we travel & go to various shops, owners often inquire where we are from, when its obvious we are not from the area & attempt to make conversation, etc. We just didn't feel a warm welcome here. Well well well... I love this cigar shop! The prices are good, and they always have specials going on. There is never too much smoke inside like other small shops. It is always very clean. The humidor always has new exciting cigars as well as the tried and true Fuente Padron LFD Garcia Tatuaje Etc... and they have a super large selection of Davidoffs! But what sets this shop apart from other shops are the people. They really love what they do and it shows. They're very nice and super knowledgeable about all the brands, blends, and trends. You can sit outside on their patio or sit inside where there are always "regulars" hanging about talking about this and that. This shop has all the intangibles of a great cigar spot. Best cigar shop in FL panhandle and currently they are the best in my most traveled radius (based on where I live, work and where I most vacation - Jackson MS to FL panhandle area). I love their hospitality. The owner Marvin was an incredible gentleman about 12 years ago when we first visited as college kids who had a love of cigars. As I was telling an employee there today, I've never forgotten that. I make a trip back a time or two a year when around to buy some of my traditional favorites - Davidoff, Padron, Tatuaje, OpusX, and lots of newer amazing smokes I haven't even had yet. Though it looks small, this shop has a surprisingly wide variety of premium hand-rolled cigars. The staff is extremely helpful and can guide you to the proper cigars based on your preferences by brand or general descriptors (such as mild, medium, full or new smoker versus experienced smoker). This shop also carries many cigars that are difficult or impossible to find at other cigar stores (they are the exclusive store in the area for a number of brands). There is always a weekly special discount on one or two top brands. For me, this is a good way to sample cigars that I would not usually pick. Finally, if you are a Cigar Rights of America member, be sure to let them know so that you can save even more. read more

Awesome cigar shop with great selection and friendly staff. Actually went twice during my 4 day stay in Destin because they were so nice! My last visit was about 30 minutes before they closed but they were extremely accommodating and invited me to stay out on the patio and enjoy my cigar. While there I had the pleasure of meeting Marvin, Izzy, Glynn and Robert. Not only did I learn a little more about cigars, I also got to experience a new cigar by Southern Draw that I had never had before and highly recommend. Such a great cigar shop in the Destin, FL area. Very friendly people with a great selection of cigars in their large walk in humidor. Smoke inside in a comfortable chair or on the covered patio out front while enjoying the great weather and friendly patrons who are doing the same. Marvin and staff always offer a free bottle of water or soft drink to those hanging out. Very knowledgeable staff if you need a recommendation.
