They require everyone check-in using an onsite screen and then their own phone, but do not assist with any questions related to insurance coverage or copayments. This is essentially production-line healthcare, where they do as little as possible to get you in and get you out. From being called through to the exam room, then seen and poorly examined (PA) to leaving was about 12 mins. They took payment information prior to going through, but how much they will charge is unknown and wouldn't check with insurance when asked... "you can call them if you want" was their pass-the-buck response. Overall, friendly but expect very little and you won't be disappointed by the outcome. Care quality is unknown because they essentially did nothing beyond giving a (generic) referral to a specialist - Referral paperwork won't have a Dr's or a medical organisation's name, so verify it's valid with the specialist of your choice. FYI: Their Physicians' Assistant (PA) was not knowledgeable and did not listen. She only speculated an opinion, gave incorrect medical information and refused to fill a Rx one knew was needed - Rx was proved correct by an 'actual Dr' two weeks later, so all their PA did was delay care and pass-the-buck. Best and overall advice... find a place that actually cares, has knowledge and experience, listens to their patients and where staff are NOT just recently out of diapers.

The staff did move me up in line to be seen but I was told I had to sit there in the waiting room until I was called. I knew I was going to faint so sat on the floor with my head back. I told the staff I was going to be sick and I was given a barf bag (gave me the bag and walked away). I got sick in front in all the people in the waiting room. Someone did come out to take my vitals but was unable to as I was getting sick, she also walked away. I sat/laid on the floor for about another 10 -15 minutes until I was called. If there were no beds available at least move me to the back so I don't have to sit on the floor and get sick in front of the people waiting. A little empathy goes a long way. Very poor care! The…read morefront lady was very accommodating as I couldn't open my eyes in the bright light (had grabbed my regular glasses instead of my rx glasses on accident) and I literally had to hand her my whole wallet and ask her to grab my insurance info. I waited only a couple mins after check in and saw a man (I forget his name but he mentioned he is also an EMT in Manchester) who was the nicest medical professional I had ever dealt with. I felt uncomfortable talking with my eyes closed and without asking he left and went to get his sunglasses in another room so I could wear them to feel more comfortable. He apologized he couldn't turn off the lights until IV was done being put in. My veins were very uncooperative because of dehydration from vomiting, so after a couple unsuccessful tries and him profusely apologizing even though it wasn't his fault, he grabbed a smaller needle and it went in just great. I was done by closing time at 8pm (the longest being the time it took for the bag of fluids to finish) and I'm very grateful this new Urgent Care is here so I wouldn't have to go to ER. You all know how horrifically long I would've been there had I gone to ER- I know from past experience as these cluster headaches tend to happen once or twice yearly and my migraine meds fail to help. I left feeling about 80% better (still had some nausea despite having IV nausea med) but by the next morning after sleep I felt 100% better. I wanted to make sure I left this review because I still think about that medical professional and how nice he was because I have never felt so cared for in a medical setting in my life. If I ever have to go there again I PRAY he is there. Wish I remembered his name but I'm really bad at remembering names.
