I was completely blown away with the lack of professionalism and there was no sympathy at all for my not even two year old son they were turning away because they "weren't taking on anymore patients" during their operating hours. 45 minutes before they closed! Julie at the desk yelled at me "I'm sorry there are other sick people in the world ma'am" and "I hope you get the night that you deserve!" When I pointed out to her that I was holding a small child in my arms I was met with another dismissive remark. They do not provide any "care". Do not recommend to anyone. Stay away.

Terrible experience with the front desk staff. The receptionist, Chris, was completely…read moreunprofessional, dismissive, and lacked even the most basic customer service skills. When I arrived, Chris was chatting with a coworker and actively ignored me for several minutes before rolling his eyes when I tried to check in. He spoke to me with a massive attitude, loudly questioned my insurance out in the open (violating my privacy), and refused to help me resolve a scheduling mix-up caused by the office itself. No one who is already sick or stressed should have to deal with this kind of arrogance and hostility. Management needs to seriously evaluate how the front desk treats patients. I will not be returning to this practice.
