    2/27/21: UPDATE PENDING....... *******BUYERS BEWARE ********I if I could give this store ZERO stars, I would. After spending days researching prices from other major appliance stores and reading reviews, I decided to go to Happy's Appliance in Dearborn, Michigan. I purchased a refrigerator in December 2020, they told me their appliances are new, still under manufacturers warranty however they are deeply discounted in price because their appliances have scratches and dents (all superficial stuff). AS SOON AS the unit was delivered in my home, I noticed that they had previously done repair work on it. I IMMEDIATELY called the store to logged a complaint and to see if they would be willing to work out something because I paid a price for a fridge that I expected to be new with a few scratches and dents, not a fridge that has already been worked on. After several days of talking to Jennifer and their corporate office, I was advised that once the unit is out of their store, they no longer cover it and if anything goes wrong with the fridge I am to contact the manufacturer because it's still under warranty. Well here we are in February and the refrigerator in not cooling. I have adjusted the temperature to see if that would make a difference, unfortunately it did not. My fridge/freezer is blowing hot air. Today a GE tech came out to my home, AS SOON AS he looked at the back of the fridge and looking into his computer, he advised me that because the fridge had work done by Happy's tech (whom is not an authorized tech through GE), it not only voids out the manufacturer's warranty but the work Happy's tech done was not done properly, it damaged the fridge even more and it is NOT REPAIRABLE. After spending more than 4 hours going back and forth with Happy's corporate office, they advised me that the ONLY thing they are willing to do is refund the money for the extended warranty. ***** SAVE YOURSELF THE AGGREVATION!!!!!!!*****

    Unfortunately, as others have stated the customer service from management is terrible. I bought several appliances and mattresses from back in May, Sammy was the sales rep that helped us. He was very nice but he had promised the LG fridge we were getting was brand new in box with zero damage/scratches etc. We also got a second fridge that we were told had some cosmetic wear. When the LG fridge was delivered and the box was opened, the back panel had a massive dent in it, the inside door of the fridge had several cracks and the Icemaker was not working. The second fridge that we were told had only cosmetic damage would not even turn on, the circuit would blow everytime we plugged it in. When we called Happy's they sent out an LG tech. The tech said the repair was complete but 2 days later the fridge began overheating and we had to remove all our food until the tech could come out again to fix it. Obviously this was not a brand new unopened fridge. Whether it was LG at fault or Happy's, the fridge was not what we were told it would be and created weeks of trouble for us all while moving to a new state. When I asked for some monetary compensation for the fiasco, I instead was met with months of stalling. A customer service rep Jennifer finally called me, very rudely stating there was nothing they could do. Sleazy business with no principals or care for the customer, I was not even asking for a full refund which any other store would have been happy to do. See attached pictures, the mattresses also had rips on the sides. Overall a bad experience and I urge you to take caution before shopping here

    I purchased a washer from ABC and after a week it stopped working and I called them but they didn't replace it or fix it.
