She's so slow and when it was our turn she did not give us a good deal. What's worse is that she'll never answer the phone and you have to guess what time the place opens. You'll actually waste your time here because our return was so low and she charged literal thousands on our taxes. Legit a scam, and any other tax service should suffice. Biksee stated that she would get back to us, but several days passed without any word. We attempted to text and to call her personal cell but did not get a response. Finally we were able to speak with her. Then we received an itinerary by email. Several of our destinations were missing!
