When we 1st purchased the property in Brewster last year we had major renovations done. We had called around to several cleaning services that provided post-construction service. Lala was professional in every way, and went above and beyond making sure all our needs were met w/ the clean up. It was a very intense job w/ debris removal and the actual cleaning etc. Ever since HTC has been our cleaning folks, Lala's gals are wonderful...thorough...detail oriented...efficient. Our home is literally spotless after every cleaning. We are so comfortable w/ Lala, that we provided her a code to our front door, so she could have her gals come in for a cleaning in our absence. Without any reservation I absolutely recommend Lala and her staff. You will not be disappointed! read more

Happy Tidy was prompt, professional, and respectful of the property. I spoke with Lala and she immediately provided a quote and crew for the time, location, and needs of the job. It was a difficult clean for an elderly woman. The ladies were so nice and kind for a very hard cleaning. I cannot say how wonderful they are!!!!! I will definitely use their services again! read more

Outstanding quality--I did the house move-in deep cleaning. Two young women spent all day at the house, and left it gleaming! Given the time they spent there, it ended up being considerably more than the price quoted for 4h, but it was worth every penny considering what they did and how meticulous they were. I'll look into other estimates for more regular, less intensive cleanings, because I don't yet know how they compare. But I highly recommend the Happy Tidy Cleaners deep cleaning for anyone moving into a house with plenty of grime! read more

I have been using Happy Tidy Cleaners for almost 6 months now and they have exceeded my expectations! They are consistent, professional, reliable and fast! A great value and worth every penny. Their team comes to my home every other week and when they leave my home always looks as if they did a deep clean. I highly recommend them! read more

If I could give Happy Tidy Cleaners more stars I would! First and foremost, they are quite the professionals. Despite the surge of customers they are probably getting during this time, they are very organized and make the scheduling process so easy. Aside from their magnificent prices and delivery of service, the simplicity and ease of booking an appointment contributed to my 5 star review. I have had experiences with other cleaning services and just the scheduling has been a mess so Happy Tidy Cleaners was like a breath of fresh air! I chose to book the floor cleaning service. I have 3 animals in the house and a husband who paints for a living so my floors are often a mess. Despite the challenge, they did such a SPECTACULAR job at getting the grime build up and dried paint spots out of my floors! I can't imagine how great my wood floors would look had they been polished too! I was very pleased with my results and look forward to booking a follow up appointment! read more

Lala and her company were great to work with. My sister is recovering from surgery and Lala was so understanding and supportive. She was flexible and dealt with many boundaries. Her employees were able to put my sister as ease and do a great job on top of that. My sister also had a cat and tons of cat hair and they were able to meet the demands of that current situation. There wasn't even parking nearby and they were able to figure it out. I would highly recommned them and definitely use her again. My sister was very pleased with the quality of cleaning and felt they were hard-working. Happy Tidy is a very compassionate company dnd works well with others including those in need. read more

I needed a deep clean of my moms house as she hadn't been able to properly clean her house due to hip issues and went in for a hip replacement today. They responded quickly with pricing and we're very transparent about the costs and expectations of the clean. They were also very accommodating about needing to change the date we had agreed upon and brought my mom flowers for her surgery! She is overjoyed with her freshly deep cleaned house and is able to relax and not worry post surgery. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a thorough clean and wonderful customer service! read more

From the start I new this was going to be a great cleaning service with how fast Lala responded to my questions. Lala kept me informed about all services and even texted me the day of to let me know that the team could arrive earlier than planned. The deep clean of our home was spectacular. I don't think I have seen it this clean since my husband and I first viewed the rental. Cannot recommend Happy Tidy Cleaners enough. Quote was "$480 with a team of two for up to 4h $600 with a team of two for up to 5 h". I specified regular house cleaning, because condo does not need deep cleaning at this time. Yet Happy Tidy indicated 1st cleaning should be deep cleaning, even without seeing premises or describing what services would differentiate between a deep cleaning and a regular cleaning, which was requested. read more

Lala called me literally minutes after I posted the inquiry. She was warm and helpful on the phone, and we arranged a day (I was working in a timeframe). Knowing that, she moved our date up when she could make the change. She and her capable team arrived on the dot, got busy, and were done in record time. The house is spotless.
