Lala was professional in every way, and went above and beyond making sure all our needs were met w/ the clean up. It was a very intense job w/ debris removal and the actual cleaning etc. Ever since HTC has been our cleaning folks, Lala's gals are wonderful...thorough...detail oriented...efficient. Our home is literally spotless after every cleaning. We are so comfortable w/ Lala, that we provided her a code to our front door, so she could have her gals come in for a cleaning in our absence. Without any reservation I absolutely recommend Lala and her staff. You will not be disappointed!

Every cleaning is a deep cleaning - when I am home to witness I am amazed at their thoroughness: they lift sofa cushions to vacuum each one and underneath, they move furniture so to ensure every nook is cleaned, and they leave every single surface spotless and every throw pillow perfectly placed. Moss Sister's is reliable, trustworthy and always in communication with me. If I need an extra cleaning (when I have a large dinner party or guests visiting) they always make time to assist - it is a huge benefit since they know my house so well and know what I like. I highly recommend this team! PS - My profile location states NYC, but this is for my weekend home in Litchfield County.

I reached out to the company to express my disappointment and seek resolution. The woman expressed her sympathies and requested photos. She stated upon review of the photos she would release a "partial refund" which I thought was ridiculous to begin with. They should have either given a full refund or offered to come back to redo it. We received $50 back and no offer to remedy the issue of the apartment not being properly cleaned! Would not recommend this company at all. Photos speak for themselves. What did we spend $200 for exactly?

They didn't have any availability during the weekend so my fiance was able to make working from home happen that day. Long story short, they never showed. He called an hour after they were originally supposed to show up and the owner (I am surmising) said that he "didn't know where his guys were" and said he'd call him back. He never called back so I had to call him again. No apology, nothing. When I gave him a hard time he offered to reschedule and take $30 off of the quote. Okay, we will try again. Mistakes happen. Rescheduled for a few days later. Fiance was going to leave work early and work from home to make it work. They were supposed to come at 1 PM. I get a text from the owner at 10 am - "Can we come in 30? We're in the area." I said no, we are both at work. That won't work. Then I get a text 30 minutes later "I'm here" even though I told him we couldn't get home from work. So my fiance called him and he said they'd come back at the original time. They never showed up and again wasted my fiance's time. I texted asking what happened later that night and he said "You tell me what time you want us to be there." Uhmmm no. No acknowledgement of their MULTIPLE mistakes, no apology. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful of our time as working individuals. I won't act like I know how to run a business but I know they definitely don't. We will be using another cleaning service.
