I also advised the owner that I would write this review. My empty new home was newly painted and the floors were refinished so I hired Cleaning Solutions of CT to clean the house and the dust. After they left, I noticed the walls had much dust left, some areas not even addressed, and most of it had streaks. I sent photos of the issue to the owner, Oswaldo, and asked him to send people back to correct the job. The problem was blatantly obvious. He was then very difficult to reach by phone and email (never replied to the email). I sent repeated messages requesting a date for them to redo the walls. He said that he had been away (did the business stop for weeks?) then reluctantly gave me a date but would only allow me an hour of time with his help! The cleaning team never showed up to the appointment which we set up. I finally reached Oswaldo after the 'no-show' and he said the team claimed to have hit traffic... yet no one ever called to inform me they were not coming. Oswaldo then said his team would not come because they claimed it was too long after they did the job and the house was probably dirty by then! Regardless of his team who would not come back, as a business owner, I believe he should have sent other cleaners and stand by his business reputation. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional, unresponsive, sloppy group. Clearly, their customer is not a priority. The website claims "100% Satisfaction Guaranteed". Based on my experience, this is false advertisement. Sadly, I would not even give them one star...

I hired The Maids since they were local and a great price. They did an amazing job! So good that now that my son is born and I don't have the time to clean and have hired them biweekly to assist with the cleaning of my home. They do floors and bathrooms while I dust and clean the kitchen. Also being that I have a baby and two large dogs they are really considerate about them. They always ask first to clean in a room if the baby is there and they manage to maneuver around the dogs. They get done in 50 minutes what would take me hours on my own. Truly a great service! They work in teams. So far the Red, Pink, and Gold teams have cleaned my home. They all have been great.
