After unsuccessful crate training attempts she helped my pup, myself, and my son work through a very difficult time. She helped with my son being included in the training and helped foster a positive bond that has only grown since our training session. Michelle was able to help with training ideas, practiced the skills with us and followed up as well. I am appreciative of her calming sensibility with effective strategies when I was overwhelmed and needed professional help. I'm grateful to Michelle and The Pet Agency and if I am in need of additional support I wouldn't hesitate to reach out or recommend for others in need.

It's always a pleasure. With the pandemic, we've been inside more often, so Jenna takes the dogs on field trips when both of us are working. She'll take them to the lake, or to her house, or just another neighborhood. It's nice to get a break to focus fully on work a couple of times a week. In addition we are remodeling our kitchen, so she takes them out of the mess our house is in. I can't recommend Woof highly enough. Jenna loves dogs, and dogs love her.

Our dog is family. Having to leave a member of your family to go to work or on a vacation is hard…read more It's not fair that you can't bring family to some places!! That's where a great dog sitter comes in. You want someone that you know your loved one will be safe with. You want someone who you can trust in your home. You want someone who your dog feels is a part of your family. Laureen of Wag A Doodle is that person. I found her because of the other yelp reviews and was shocked by her prices. She came for an orientation the same day I called. She talked through our concerns, went on a walk with our Shepherd mix who had issues pulling, and set up a schedule for the next week. By the next day, I had a copy of her insurance forms. It's been a month and we haven't looked back. Laureen is there when we need her at a moments notice. When my husband's car broke down, she was at our house to walk Grace. When we went on vacation, she took Grace to her home so our dog wouldn't feel left alone. She has helped train our old girl to stop pulling while on a walk and even sends videos and pictures of them playing! We love Laureen!

I have used other trainers in the past and this is by far the most progress I have seen out of my dog, Skippy. Before skippy was always pulling on her leash but now is starting to walk by my side. We have done about 3 classes so far and plan to do more! I can't wait to see how much further skippy can advance. Reminder you also have to put in the work. It can't all be on the trainers. :) I try my best to do my dog homework before next sessions.

They use positive reinforcement for their training method. Midtown Mutts also offers dog walking, 1:1 sessions and pet sitting. My neighbor uses them for pet sitting and she loves them. You pay based on how many visits and the length of time you want them to stay. They take pictures everyday they visit to show you how your pet was that day. Pros: they have a membership and you can choose 1 or 5 classes a month. These classes don't roll over if you don't use them - I made the mistake of thinking they do. They have a calendar where it lists the classes, time and topic. The calendar is a bit clunky and confusing so it takes a bit to figure out how to navigate. If they don't have too many people sign up and you need help in a certain area, they accommodate your request. They have answered my numerous questions and been very patient. I can say my puppy REALLY enjoyed class because he was showered with treats also as a lab, he never turns food down! Cons: if there is a large class and the gym in the same business structure is busy, parking can be a bit hard to find.

She did not hesitate to come an extra day when our flight was canceled last minute. Rose did a lot more than just feed our fur babies. She spent time playing with them as well as watching their behavior to make sure they got along and played together safely. (We have 3 large dogs and a small beagle.) She even called us to make sure we were comfortable with what she saw. She left notes from each day and also texted us notes and photos. It's clear Rose loves animals and has experience with animal behavior. We felt so much more at ease on our vacation knowing Rose was watching our pets. We will be using Rose's services again.
