Dr. Kelly Hogan barely spent five minutes with him, never gave me a diagnosis, and charged nearly $300 for an exam, a shot, and an antibiotic. She simply said, "Take him home, he'll be fine." She also told me she would email me all the information about my puppy's visit, but the only thing she sent was the receipt--nothing else. When I went to Premier Pet Care's website to check my puppy's records, there was no additional information available. I followed her instructions exactly, giving my puppy the antibiotic as directed. Two days later, he died. I am absolutely devastated and feel like I trusted the wrong vet. If she had taken the time to properly assess him or given me a real diagnosis, maybe things would have been different. I do not feel Dr. Kelly Hogan meets the Standard of Veterinary Excellence. I will never forgive myself for taking my puppy here. I wish I had gone ANYWHERE ELSE. Please, if you love your pets, do not bring them to Premier Pet Care.

She is passionate and highly knowledgable when it comes to training dogs. We called her out of recommendation from a neighbor for our two dogs (one being a new rescue). Ramella immediate analyzed the situation and began addressing behaviors as soon as she stepped in the door. A true professional. Ramella sat with my husband and I, examined the situation, listened to our concerns and developed a plan for both of our dogs. What I found most impressive was Ramella's wealth of knowledge. She knows many different styles of training our dogs, from strictly positive reinforcement based, to hybrid styles, to more direct and everything in between. Our dogs have developed so quickly as a result of our consistency under Ramella's direction. She sat with us, listened to all we had to say and then trained us. Ramella even used two of her dogs to help us train our dog (her dogs are so well trained, she dives with them and does shows and other competitions). I cannot recommend Ramella enough.
