I got lucky they still seated me, because around 7pm I realized that people are flooding in. The ramen here is serious ramen. The chef seems to attend several classes or continue educated himself by participating the programs from Japanese ramen association. There were several certificates hanging just next to the entrance. I got the Shoyo Ramen. and I am as so satisfied with the quality. The meat, the eggs the noodles, the toppings are all well presented and cooked! And yet the price is really reasonable, compare to the most mediocre ramen places in America with same price and the same quality ramen place in Taiwan. They do serve cocktails, alcohol, and dessert, but one bowl of ramen was already talking all the space in my stomach... I would definitely recommend this restaurant!!

BUT if you order the Giant Panda bowl you get all three for €2.10 more and an extra half egg. I ordered the Giant Panda, it did not disappoint; both the beef and pork were tender and the tofu had a unique sweetness and crunch to it. Oh yes, quick note, study the menu outside before you go in, order with person at the front, then you get to sit down. If you see an open stone slate placemat, then it is available.

We got different types of ramen. Mine had a very delicate flavor that I could barely taste most of the meal but by the end I was able to pick up the flavor and made it alright. Price wasn't as bad as the other restaurants. Typical normal tourist price for a meal.
