I have been going to Happy Nails for years and drive almost an hour ONE WAY to do so. The shop is clean and the staff thorough. I have NEVER developed a fungus or had a problem as a result of their work. There is an abundance of procedures, color choices, and options at Happy Nails. I will continue to drive for their services and hope you will trust me and select this one over other Leesville salons to avoid the mistakes I have made. Sometimes, they are closed without a sign on the door, but if you call before leaving home, there WILL BE an answer if they are open. (Hence, the one missing star.) read more

Decided not to wait until the weekend to get my nails done. I am at Fort Polk for work every few months so this is not my normal nail salon but if I lived here, it would be! The young man that did my gel manicure was fast and my nails look great. There was only about a 15 minute wait in mid afternoon, which isn't too bad. The salon is really clean and has a great salon of gel and regular polish colors. The price is similar to what I normally pay, so I am a happy customer! read more

RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! The lady that works there is very unprofessional and RUDE, the sad part about it is that she does good work. I keep telling myself I'm not going back and end up right back I don't know if she bipolar or what because sometimes she's really nice. My last experience there I'm done. She is the ONLY nail tech I ever went to that requires you to turn your arm, and hand into a pretzel to do your nails. At one point she was being so petty if I raised my pinky slightly she was moving it back down but was working on my index finger. Getting your nails done is suppose to be relaxing when I'm in her chair all I worry about is trying to keep up with the ways she need me to turn my arm and hand, then had the nerve to tell me I made her hand hurt cause I asked her to do my brows. She said I can't do anything else with my hand cause you was fighting me entire time. Ummmm.... it seems to me that you hurt your own hand cause if you gotta do all that you did with my arm and hands to do a good job you should try a different technique. The way that you choose to do nails and the outcome of YOUR technique should not be my problem I am your customer there for a service. I AM DONE OFFICIALLY I WILL NOT GO BACK! read more

So pleased with this place! I live on the road and have tried many different salons. I used to drive 2 hours to get the perfect pink and white set. I desperately needed my nails done while I was in Leesville and luckily fell upon this place. I got a pedicure which was great! The guy was super friendly and did wonderful at fixing my feet up. I had a women do my nails and she was awesome. We chatted as she quickly did my nails. I was super impressed how fast she was and how great of a job she did. It has been almost 3 weeks since I got my nails done here and they still look almost flawless. Prices were very reasonable as well. I highly recommend this place! This place has the angriest lady working there. She yells constantly at me everytime I'm there. I go because the gentlemen working there give decent pedicures, but it's not worth the emotional damage I suffer from the woman working there. I like researching places before I try something new. There was only one 5 star comment before I decided to try it out but it was better than any other nail place reviews around. My sister and I were greeted as soon as we walked in the door. We were told to choose a nail color while the gentleman set up our pedicure chairs. Separate gentleman helped us. They both did an outstanding job cleaning cutting and painting our nails. They even massaged our calves with hot stones which felt amazing and was much needed. The color on our nails were exactly what we wanted. We walked out of there very happy. We would highly recommend this place! Call before for directions though because the GPS directions that Yelp provide were wrong. The nail spa is located by the Walmart and new Chilis. read more

Went here not expecting much from this area and was totally shocked . Whole staff is family and extremely nice. Paul did my mani-pedi and he was great. And it was really great to have someone who could both understand and speak English without an interpreter, something that is very rare anymore. I came in from Mass to work at Fort Polk and the hotels didn't have vacancy until exactly check in time. Had a couple hours to burn so I got a gel manicure and pedicure and it was the best I've ever had. The manicurists were super friendly and recommended things to do around the area. Best Nail Salon that Leesville has to offer...we were helped within ten minutes, both my daughter and I had a Mani/Pedi in the spa chairs, Johnnie and Paul were our nail tecs, and they were absolutely professional and did a wonderful job. Both of us had photos from pinterest we wanted duplicated by them and the polish and nail art was phenomenal. Nail polish is quality and does not chip like what I've experienced at other Salons. This place has awful customer service. After waiting for over 30 mins the nail tech starts walking out the door and says she is going to pick up her kid and she's late. No warning. No I'm sorry.
