I waited for another 10 minutes after I cut my own nails a different nail tech came and helped me but wasn't gentle or giving me her undivided attention. Nails are uneven and I have about 4 cuts on my cuticles. They didn't even achieve the look I wanted for my nail design. I wouldn't recommend this nail salon to anyone.
